Went with a 3 year old. Very cool inside. The role play rooms were still closed so unfortunately couldnt try those out.There is a small dedicated space for little ones who still need soft padding- great for kids 1-2 years. Big climbing tunnel area for kids over 3. Lockers are free. Parking is paid as they have no dedicated parking yet.

Took my 9 and 10 year olds on Friday morning for just over an hour. They had a lovely time and really enjoyed it. Whilst I think the price is quite high, (AED 95 for first hour) the level of staffing around the whole area was excellent. My only complaint was the coffee, which was incredibly strong. We spoke to the cafe and asked them to turn the strength on their machine down a tad 😃

What a great party experience! The place was so cute for a kids birthday party, with the best decorated party rooms. I cannot recommend them more for a birthday party! From the planning ahead of time, to the day of, we literally walked in and everything was done for us! From the time we got there, the staff was attentive and accommodating and very hard working, as the place was really busy. All of the kids had a blast and parents were able to relax while the kids played around/partied. The place itself is huge with tons of different activities for kids all ages. The party assistants were wonderful and very engaging to the kids. I highly recommend Ready Set Go! for an all around great kids birthday venue. Thank you Ready Set Go! and a special Thank you to Elsa who helped us the most!

The place is excellent, you can notice how hard everyone is working and keeping eye on the kids.. the number of staff supervising is really good because the place is actually bigTheres enough parking in front of the play areaTheres a cafeteria inside with snacks and drinksTheres a nearby mosque for men, I dont know if women are allowed due to covidThe place is highly recommended and we plan to go back soon, my son started crying and didnt want to leave😁

The is huge and the kids had a lot of fun with the indoor games.. there is zip line but am not sure if it works.. there is a show for kids to engage them..

Very crowded… not clear where to purchase a ticket upon entry. The food options include only junk food - It would be nice to see healthier snacks in a play area…

What a place, it has everything your toddler needs to enjoy themselves for hours. My 21 month toddler is able to climb and go on slides so she was all over the large climbing sections. trust me there is a lot to explore and I was sweating chasing her around. She loved the large wavey slide and the tube slides in the large section and attached section.There is a large trampoline area which she also loved bouncing on.Staff are friendly and well trained and are present to make sure everything is running smoothly.The cafe is well stocked and their are plenty of tables for you to eat or sit at.the imaginary play section was not open when we went but it looked amazing so I can imagine it being a hit.The 5 party rooms are well decorated and can hold between 8 to 12 people depending on the room due to the restrictions. in fact the upstairs area is very zen and the art work on the walls is impressive.You can tell a lot of care and effort has gone into this place and the family that are running it were on-sight and very friendly.There is ample parking just outside but it is paid and in the sun but not fair of a walk into the main building.Just 2 downsides:1. the baby/toddler section is very small and basic. No toys like some other soft play areas. So if you are coming with a child who cannot climb or cannot access the larger area, then they may not enjoy the baby/toddler area.2. the prices are very high compared to other soft plays. I understand this place is new so they need to break even, but 85 AED on the website or 95 AED as it says behind the till for one hour is very expensive. One the upside though if your child can handle more them 3 hours then the day pass is worth it.Overall we will visit again, especially when my toddler can handle more then one hour of play.

Excellent place, highly recommended for kids and families. This place is huge, with many play areas and a real paradise for toddlers and small kids. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We went with two 3 year olds and stayed for 2 hours. Parents enter free which is major plus and have many seating areas to rest and watch their kids have fun and play. Prices are very reasonable considering parents or adults enter for free. 95 aed per hour or 150 aed for 2 hours. 1 aed for every extra minute.

Lots of space, lots of fun things to do for all ages, but definitely busier than your average soft play centre. Parking is plentiful but if you dont come on a Friday or public holiday, youll need to pay for RTA parking.

Loved it. Something for every age group. What I liked the most was the cleanliness. The tables and floors were being cleaned as the visitors left. I didnt have to worry much when my child touched anything.Will definitely keep going :)

It would be great to have a prayer room inside the facility. It is amazing and would be great to have a male and a female prayer rooms inside it

This is a great new establishment for kids and parents. Super clean, well staffed and has plenty parking. If there were tissues/wet ones and dustbins, I would have given this 5 stars. Kids get sticky, snotty, tearful, so having these items on posts dotted around the place would’ve been helpful, rather than having to run back to the locker each time to retrieve same.

I called Ready Set Go in the morning about 2 weeks ago to enquire about hosting a birthday party there. The lady who answered the phone took down my number and said that her event coordinator will call me back with further details. I waited the whole day with no call back. The next day afternoon the lady called me back and promised to send me the package details via WhatsApp shortly. I waited for a 3-4 days and no WhatsApp messages or calls from her. In the end, we decided to stop by Ready Set Go and get the information ourselves.The staff at the counter was trying to call the coordinator to help us but couldnt get through so they directed us to go upstairs and look for the coordinators ourselves. We went up and had to ask around. Then finally a coordinator came but she said she was busy and will get back to us shortly. Then she left. We were waiting upstairs for 10-15 minutes. There was another staff but nobody asked or offered to help. In the end, my child was getting restless and we got tired of waiting, we decided to leave. Thats when the coordinator came back. She apologized for not sending us the package details via Whatsapp and said that it was the reception staff mistakes. She was nice and showed us around but by then, the first impression was already bad.The reason Im giving 3 stars is because the place is big and has lots of potential. It is a little crowded. I would take my child back maybe for a play date, but not to host a birthday party. If this is the level of attention they can give us, I am worried that we would be on our own without any help on the birthday party day itself.

Just left RSG. So impressed with a place that has been created with love. My 3 year old was excited just at driving up to the place as it was so well decorated. The jungle inside was perfect to wow little kids, with really engaged staff who genuinely seemed to be enjoying themselves and were so polite . Especially thr ones on the trampoline where they took safety very seriously. We shall be back. For longer. One hour is NOT enough!

This place is perfect for kids ! its very huge and has indoor trampoline park. I recommend to buy the unlimited ticket.The workers are very friendly with the kids and with everyone, especially Robert.

Last week I went in person to talk to a party coordinator, we exchanged number and she explained to message her with the date and time along with the choice of party room. I called and the number was not in service which isn’t professional on her part but then I called Ready Set and Go, the first time no one answered the phone; the second time I called, she transferred me to the party coordinator and for some reason the call ended. Not sure if they hung up the phone or not but I don’t understand why is it so difficult to book a party room. It’s a new establishment it should be available for bookings. I will try one last time if I don’t get a response or any additional assistance than I have no choice but to choose another place.Rule of advice: please answer your phones if you want potential customers because you just lost one.

Very nice place! Definitely the largest soft play area in Dubaï and most probably in UAE as well. The staff is very professional. Big thanks to Mustapha who was watching over my daughter at the trampoline area. He was playing with her and making her laugh. I will for sure come back and I definitely recommend this place.

A very unpleasant playground with congestion.You need to return the bands before you complete the hours which was not conveyed to us clearly.Also, adults are playing with children without boundaries.Not recommended at all.

Amazing place BUT it doesn’t respect the security rules this days. The staff let ppl going everywhere, even in the maze, with all our kids, without wearing any mask. Not even having it under chin, nothing. I hesitated calling the police…Honestly if one of us at home would have the covid because I brought my son at a playing area and then I have to stay 10 days locked at home after I would be more than furious

Wow, an amazing massive play area. It is a jungle based theme with slides, kids toys, cycling area. Very spacious and well setup with lots of different activities for kids. Has a seperate tramploine area. Among the playrooms they have a hair salon, supermarket, art and craft area, fire station and a police station. Friendly staff and clean environment. They have a big party hall divided in 4 areas i.e. ice princess party room, disco party room, tropical party room and underwater party room. Plenty of space to keep kids busy for more than 2 hrs. A small cafeteria and lockers are also available. All in all a great place to spend your day.

Ready set go…. It’s was AMAZING today!Everything is so clear, the people that are working there are sooo very kind and respectful!For the kids it’s so colorful and many things to do. when i came in with them they run away to play I can’t found them anymore!😂There was a magic show it’s was amazing all of the kids was sitting and looking with the month open😂And OMG we where looking upstairs and there is 5 thema’s birthday rooms so very beautiful! There is everything if you have a birthday party. when you see the rooms you will seprise 😍.In one word AMAZING play place finally I found a playground what I was looking for!👌🏻😍PERFECT👏

My rating is 3 mostly based on the priceBut 4 stars for the play area. But its just a play area like others unfortunately. Nothing new.Paying 95 on the first hour is too much for only a soft play are with no other activities.It is large but really priceyAlso they charge you for the minute if you passed the time.. no entertainer or points or any other like other play area in uae to let you feel you might save sometimes in the future.Parking is not free.. we thought it was free until we received a parking ticket from the police..The lady told us that every minute you exceed will be charged.. so if you exceeded 1 minute i bet they will charge you.Food is not fresh, or maybe thats only the croissant that i had.The singer or the man on stage kept lowering his mask and singing in-front of my daughter without a mask on. At least if he want to do so, use a face shieldAlso if a child want to have a meal, he is paying the time of play during the meal which doesnt make sense to me cause children tend to eat slow! It’s like paying the restaurant for your chair also. unlike other places you tell them you will stop for a while and they pause you time.. and you you exceeded 10 minutes they dont charge you (they are cheaper and wont charge you. That what makes our group go there more than once weekly)The only cheap thing is the kids meal.My daughter enjoyed but the weird oart is when i told her its time to go, she directly went outside without fighting or crying.. which is the first time that happens in a play area
