The place is nice, and its a bit small.I think the best age for it is 2 -6 years old maximumWe were told up to 12 years but I think that the play area is too short for them.I wouldnt recommend if anyone is coughing or having a cold to go, as the place is small and you can say the area is compacted.Balls area is closed due to covid-19Also I say outside the play area they sell some toys, and there are some tables for arts and crafts activity.Im giving 4 stars because I think it can be better and cleaning needs to be improved just a little more, and perhaps if they can find a way for better ventilation it would be more comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience there with my kids.. this play area is perfect for your lil ones who love active play.. and have enough energy to run all day...🥰

I just had my 4 and 1 year old bday party this afternoon, I would like to say a big Thank u to the team, they did a wonderful job hosting, decorating and entertaining the kids. Thank u to Ms. Lana, for keeping up with my constant queries & being patient. Keep up the good work!!

I wouldnt recommend this place to any anyone. Was interested for jumba classes for my daughter took her there for free trial the receptionist and the supervisor looks unaware that below 5 years they dnt accept they took mney frm mr for 3 classes and after half hour of the class said sorry ur child is small we cant take her .i said fine pls refund my mney said they cant. I said give me credit note said they dnt have a policy. How can u mince money without taking teachers feedback? I WAS GIVEN VOUCHER FOR PLAY AREA WHO IS INTERESTED IN THIS.they dnt pay attention to kids not recommended at all if u care for ur child

Nice place have 2 slides and little places opened because of covid 19 so not alot to do , nice people working there ,available in intertainer 47 aed per hour ( and one free) ,u should wear socks

Worst playing area ever, will never go again and will never recommend to anyone, staff not paying any attention to the kids a lot of kids crying and fighting and they just don’t careMy daughter was totally left alone for one hour inside the soft play area with no one watching , I booked for 2 hours but when I saw what happened I took my daughter and left immediatelySeriously it’s not safe for children at all
