Authentic and delicious nothing else can describe the experience. We went with great expectations regarding the sea food festival and they just blew the experience off the roof. From the starters to the main course it was like a symphony of spices dedicated to the taste buds. Every bit was well cooked to the point of delicacy. The prawns,fish crabs every variety provided a different experience. The food, service and customer handling was top notch. Would i say recommend! Hell no it is a must try

Dine in for chattichoru and it was exceptionally well . The fish was fresh . Other items also tasted well . Price and portion size also justified. The non alcoholic beverage( kallu /toddy) was not much interesting, just felt like 7up mixed with tender coconut juice, not a recommended items at all . Commendable delay was there in Serving , may be due to weekend rush . Will visit again .

Wonderful tasty foods. Their fresh foods are amazing including live appam.But the staffs are lazy and slow responsive.They didnt even bother to serve salads.This restaurant is famous for sea foods and their other foods are ok only.Rabbit and duck roast are good.Their live Appam with bulls eye is fantastic.They serve beers also but with super high price.

Sea food festival - has to try if you are in UAE. Everything in the menu is splendid. We were a group of 5 ao we ordered a variety of seafood cusine to be honest each item was delicious and the texture was so perfect. The way of presentation itself was mouth watering. The staff were professional and friendly.

I had Onam Sadhya from Tharavad in Al Qusais on 21-August-2021.The food was not at all tasty. I dont know how they called it as sadhya. The Quality of the food was worse. I did not find one dish which was tasty. it was not even worth for 35dhs.Overall experience was pathetic.

Had a very delicious Kerala meals from Tharavad restaurant. We ordered tender coconut drink, special meals and one pothichoru. There were many side dishes for special meals including beef and chicken fry. Rasam and moru curry came separately. Tasty Payasam also included. Thanks to the staff members.

Please dont ever ask for home delivery. You might die starving. They will take minimum 01 and half hour to deliver if you are staying nearby or far. After waiting for 01 and half hour they wont provide you the meal in a proper packing. Such a worst service from the delivery boy too. He is such an arrogant person ever i had met, if you ask for the delay reason he will start yelling at you. So if anyone wish to order something please read my review and take the decision. GUYS FOOD QUALITY IS JUST AWESOME . BUT THE SERVICE WE RECEIVE IS PATHETIC.

Good South Indian food in comfortable setting. Its licensed and you can watch some cricket too, if its running. Service is very polite. Check out the different meats cooked in South Indian style.

Good place for an afternoon drinks and some tasty snacks to go along with it. Prices have increased slightly. Atmosphere is calm and good place to view any sports match.

Yesterday night visited taravad, to celebrate my wifes birthday, we order. Crab roast, fish fry, appam, beaf fry, prawns etc. i am a big time fan of crab roast but i never had such a bad crab roast in my entire life. fish fry was bad as roast and smelly, same issue with the prawns fry. smelly with no taste at all. never had such a bad sea food in my entire life. i will not recommend Taravad, this will be my first and last visit to taravad.

Totally loved the experience of Kerala-style fine dining. A wonderful selection of meat, poultry and fish preparations. They also serve alcohol.

A good kerala restaurant if you like authentic food. Good quality food with reasonable price. Good Service & hygienic maintained. Must try their Kerala special lunch like achayan’s sadhya, non-veg meals, sea sadhya .Sometimes they provide one dessert (I hope it was tender coconut pudding because that time I ordered for home delivery so I didn’t get the name of the dessert) when you’re ordering food from them. It’s mouthwatering one and so yummy. I think it’s their signature one.

Worst experience ever.I went for lunch here, the lady staff was very rude as if she is offering something which she has to pay for.I ordered kerala meals with extra fish fry, food was not upto any standards. Taste was as bald as it can be. First I thought it was my taste buds not receiving salt but all said same. Only thing which had salt was lemon pickle.One of the staff gave me parup curry (kerala dal) when I asked this lady about parup she told its not available as we dont serve it. This irked me as just a few mins before another staff provided me. So very gently I asked her I just got it from other staff, without any manners just after taking few steps back she is shouting to the other colleagues who served parup here, she talked in malayalam, she would have thought I dont understand.but it was very rude, never had such an. Experience in my life.Other staffs where quite good.

I ordered veg meals from here. The packing was very good... but the taste was too blah. A watery morr kozhambu, a red color curry that made no sense, a pink color over sweet something, Avial and a thoran.I thought the red curry was sambar; but it tasted more like chutney... I don’t know why they would said it as a main curry dish in veg meals.Anyway. No happening again.

A typical Kerala cuisine restaurant without any other options. The food is ok ok and I was not very impressed with it. I’ve had much better Kerala food at other places in Dubai. These guys specialize in fish and have display for raw fishes to choose from. They serve liquor too. They also have some wide varieties of meat like deer, rabbit, quail, frog, on their menu. The staff is prompt and courteous. All in all an okayish place if you want to try the Kerala cuisine and booze

Kerala authentic food restaurant with alcohol serving.We friends had a real bad experience with the drinks. Alcohol was served with already mixed content. Then for the mixing we asked for cranberry juice. Which again was diluted and mixed with water. First time in life, we were not high after the drinks.Not worth going there if you are planning for drinks.Food seems OK.
