The service is very slow. You ask for chutney they will bring after 20mins in the meanwhile your dosa is cold. The service is really pathetic. Even if it is now crowded the staff is unable to manage.

For authentic Sweets this is an excellent location. They have variety of Indian sweets and other confectionary items. Quality is premium. Packaging and presentation is very good. Pricing is on the higher side.

Staff were under motivated to sell. The prices have also shot up.Sweets were excellent in quantity however! Would recommend if you absolutely want to try some of the best!

If you are looking to buy Very authentic Indian sweets then this place is for you.all sweets are cooked its its perfection. Not too sweet or less but just right.my fav is Motichoor Ladoo ,once you start having it, you cannot just hold back at one.

Yesterday I bought sweets from Burjuman branch but unfortunately to whom I am going to giving gift he was not available so I went back and request them to take return back and give me credit note. Its packed in gift wrapping untouch and not opened. After convinced sometime one person agreed to return back but he told me u have to buy something we will not take return back, but in couple of minute one person came and talk with him and he denied to neither take return sweets nor exchange material against that purchase. Its was a worst experience feel over their.

If you’re looking for the “ asli” Indian pani puri taste, with a good level of spice and chatpatta combination - this is the place to go.We ve tried other branches , but this branch stands out with a amazing authentic taste, much more tastier than the other puranmal branches ( no, it’s not my imagination).they really make the best panipuri.Their Indian sweet meats are pretty “ okish”, we like the motichoor ladoos the best.Their fresh paneer is a bit disappointing , pretty crumbly ...but hey!- their pani puri rocks !

I love this shop and visit it always if Im staying in this busy city. Im satisfied about the wide selection of fresh sweet specialities. May favs are rasmalai and rasgulla which I cannot get in my home country. The stuff is very friendly and patient with my questions and that it takes sometimes much time till I can tell them my order because at first I have to explore everything in the display. The kesar rasmalai today was very nice.

Unfortunately a terrible experience for the first time. We have been going to this venue for about 8years or more. The Puris were hard and seemed stale. The sev Puri was disappointing. The worse however was the Bhel. I mean it literally was the WORST I have ever had. Sad to see a GOOD joint go downhill.

This is a good place to visit if you want tasty Indian sweets.I came for 1 kg of Indian jalebi. It was 44 per kg. The jalebi was good even after 2 days at home.Good store.Staff could be a little more helpful though..

I love its Pani Puri, its one of the favourite since many years.There is always little issue with service and their over the counter persons attitude. Dont know why but every branches has the same problem.Their billing system is little weird as always needs to go through two counters which is pathetic.For fast food it used to be the gem in the city some years earlier. But they didnt upgrade themself over the time.Still its our favourite pani puri spot.

We were disappointed at Puranmal (Sharjah Al Ittihad road ) when we took our guests for thali. It was for Dhs.25 each with no refilling at all. There were just daal and two vegetables. One of them was potato. Although the regular items like roti,rice, papar and raita were there , it wasn’t worthed for the price.I would suggest to Puranmal to increase the number of items or refil the thali.

Good place to purchase Indian sweets. Aside from you can also grab street food like paani puri, bhel puri, samosa chaat, kachori, petis etc. It is bit hard to get paking some times.
