Specially the Trolley movement inside the cabin will make you real train 🚂 engine sounds😀.foods are delicious😋but quantity is very less🧐.Customer service is also good🙂.. Hand wash area is bit narrow😣, once occupied others have to be wait😬. Even when i go with family i avoid upstairs especially inside the train comparyment (sometimes smelly )Positive :Downstairs staff are friendly and fast service , U get meal in banana leaf with kanjivellam !!!Their kerala meals is awesome !!!

All their dishes are awesome and economical... Nice ambience... Especially sitting inside the train effect is really awesome... Friendly Manager & staffs.... The desserts I would recommend are 2 - one is a dessert made of custard 😋😋😋 & another one is HI-BYE which is a combination of Jackfruit, Mango, Nuts & Tender coconut which was really yummy 😋😋😋

I went for an onam saddya with my friends today and am really disappointed the service what I experienced there . Food is not worthy for 30 aed and dishes are very less and the staff is not serving the food what they have also .very bad serviceThey didn’t serve all the dishes what they have , then we requested with dishes name and they gave. Staffs are very rude for giving foods and they are behaving like it’s a free food.

Today (21.10.2021) we went for an onam saddya. Am sorry to say it’s really terrible with cost of 30 aed . Number of items are very less and they didn’t serve all the items what they have .then we requested and they are giving things and very poor service what they give today …. Really terrible. Even it’s not worthy for 10 aed

One of the best place that serves Kerala cuisine in Dubai. We ordered the fish polichathu, fish tawa fry, kunju kozhi porichathu, parotta, beef varattiyathu, mutton biryani and fish biryani. All the dishes were amazing. Especially the parotta.To top it all off, the amazing desert neypayasam with ice-cream, and falooda are to die for.... The ambience is just like the cherry on the top that completes a perfect dining experience....

It’s a blessing in disguise that the restaurant we chose to dine in first was not serving biryani anymore after 10pm, so fortunately we decided to have dinner at Malabar express to experience dining in a train like set up. Very much impressed with the train like set up located upstairs with cozy chandeliers. The service we got was also amazing. They’re very generous to give us welcome juice drinks, rose water and papadam. Food really exceeded expectations. Presentable and very tasty. We will definitely dine again!!!

This cozy restaurant serves authentic malabar dishes and has a wide variety of choices when it comes to seafood.We had the chicken ghee roast, mutton gravy, steamed fish, mussel roast and crab fry all with kerala porotta. Each dish was lip-smacking delicious and cooked to perfection. The mussels were cleaned carefully just like you would do at home and the portions served were generous. Totally worth our 25 min drive to get there!

Kunji kozhi chicken fry was a good one.Also coco chicken is recomend for childrens. Overall i had a good food Journey.

We went on weekend late night and it wasnt crowded. We ordered coco chicken and chicken nirachathu (waiters choice as he was insisting ) along with wheat porota and Chappati which was only available to the late show up. Really loved the coco chicken and breads but chicken nirachathu wasnt good. The staff were friendly even though it was too late.

I order fish kanthari tawa worth of 32 Dhs. But i recived yellow colour stew type masala curry with small 4 pieces. It will even not enough my 8 years old kids. Not recominding to any one.

We had a bad experience from malabar Express , we ordered easter dinner for 6 people quality and quantity was too less , total bill was 226 .this is not we expected from malabar Express, and we complaint about tat but the feed back was not satisfactory. This types of fud we can order frm a local restaurant no need to depend on malabar Express. Pls say No today 😡😡😡 these type of hifi restaurant.
