Written in August 2021For those seeking a decent bite with worthy Indian taste, this is a place to visit among other competitors in Dubai.As a group, we tried a variety of dishes and none had any comment or reservation over any selection.The serving team was notably active and attentive to details, in a reasonable manner (when eating, you don’t want over-service not under). Just the right balance of frequent check and attention.Waiting time was normal for freshly made food, and the taste of each recipe was having own twist and character.This place should provide you with the taste-kick that you’d expect from a great quality Indian cuisine.On the prices, remember that great food of high quality ingredients would relatively be more costly than others, with some exceptions as usual.Thanks to the “Chef Vinnet”, the kitchen hero’s and to the working team and food-attendants.Repeated visits will occur in the days to come.Note: Prior Reservation was used. Social distancing was noted and precautions exist.

You’re going to find very colourful and flavourful dishes at Indya by Vineet. An excellent, chilled out, tapas inspired Indian eatery with amazing decor.The food tasted was all excellent and dont let the portion size fool you... Its all quite filling!Service was excellent too... Waiters couldnt be more helpful!Highly recommended!

We were searching for a Fine Dining, Indian restaurant, good ambiance, Drinks and Dinner, and ended up at Indya by Vineet. Although, the place was fully booked, knowing that it was our anniversary, Jasmeet from reservations desk kindly managed a table for two. More than food, this place deserves all stars for its ambiance, decorum, guest relations, service and so on. I liked the Sabudana Vada, Kolhapuri Anda Curry, and Egg Fried Rice. Good One 👌.

Went for Dubai Restaurant Week testing menu, and was pleasantly surprised that instead of having to choose from the different menu items, we got to taste them all.Food was great, very tasty and good variation, we just ended up eating too much.Staff is very attentive and friendlyWill definitely come again and try different food another day

Excellent👌 we tried the different curry dishes and they were great. The chicken tikka was amazing. Service and ambience / decorations were awesome as well.

We enjoyed the dinner at Indaya. The food was full of authentic flavours with modern touch of the chef. Portions are not big, but you can taste more dishes. Great service and atmosphere.

We came after researching for a nice Indian restaurant in Dubai. We have lived here for 10 years and have visited several places but India by Vineet took us by surprise.The food was really well priced and beautifully presented. The colours, the plating and the flavours were incredible!The service was also excellent. The waiter recommend two starters which were incredibly tasty, and the main courses were equally delicious and perfect for sharing.All in all an amazing experience and for sure this restaurant deserves the award of Best Indian Dinning in Dubai - Time Out, as seen at their reception.We spent three hours in a beautiful culinary.Highly recommended this place!

Located in Royal Meridian in Dubai Marina . Can have either a vallet parking or , even better , self parking .Staff is really friendlyJust try chicken tika Masalla, the mutton , the Tanfoori chicken,Del Mekhani,cheese Kulcha .....All very tasty.Spicy... expensive but worth every penny.I recommended highly.

Great place to unwind after a long day at work, for family get togethers, just a casual official lunch or dinner, very vibrant visuals and flavours to soak in, great signature cocktails with a punch of indian mind tickling blends. Well designed wine list to compliment the food and an exclusive gin collection to choose from. Must visit place if you are in dubai.

Awesome Indian Restaurant. Besides the super tasty food that makes sour tasteknobs happy, the service was great and they were super friendly. They explained us the dishes, the Gins are good and everything is served with rafinesse. A lovely view over the garden and really special dishes, South Indian and North Indian, you normally do not get. Portions were ok. Really cool place.

This was my first time at Indya and Im sure I will be returning customer. The food is absolutely delicious, by far the best Indian restaurant I visited in Marina. The hospitality and ambience were amazing. The portion size is good for two.Keep up the good work, will see you guys soon.

Had an absolute fun dinner over here celebrating my parents anniversary. The decor and the open view was pleasing accompanied by a light breeze. Service was perfect with polite staff. Only complaint is the portion size which left us hungry even after aftering order 2 main course and a starter for 3 people. Larger portions would be appreciated with regards to the pricing. Other than that no complaints!!

Great service from staff, very clean and tidy, butter chicken was very tasty and so I highly recommend trying it. It was our anniversary and the manager of the complex looked after us well and did what he could to make it extra special.

Fantastic restaurant, fantastic service. We ate a couple of times at Indego by Vineet and because of renovations were recommended Indya. OK then… Food was just delicious. Ambiance too. Mr. Samson our host was very attentive and gave great food recommendations. We thank the staff and the chefs. We’ll be back.

We knew Vineet at the MO Geneva and we predicted same food quality and lovely setting.

Not worth the money and time spent. Food was not that great. Ambience was good. The water pot was leaking. No attention paid to the details mentioned at the time of booking the table. My visit was to celebrate my sons graduation. We paid our bill and were called back for the cake. And to our surprise the message on the cake was happy birthday and not congratulations. We were so disappointed :(

The food tastes differently not like other places in Dubai.. food and place is clean .. stuff very polite, neat, and respectful and special thanks to Johar .. all dishes were amazing .. definitely will come back

I love this restaurant. Am a huge fan of Indian food, and this place absolutely nails the flavours and elevates every dish to another level. Honestly every bite put a smile on my face. Service was excellent too, Samson was a superb host. He was so passionate about the food and his energy was amazing. He really made our night.

Great place. The feel and look of the place is great for people to get together and chat over dinner. Good for office and family meets. Good selection of drinks and the food experiment is mind blowing. They can do dishes with mild to strong spices. Also have s small outdoor area.

India by Vineet is the best Indian restaurant I visited, ever. Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. Food is above any expectation. Think of the most beautiful eyes you have ever seen on a stranger. Feeling in this restaurant is the same. It makes you wonder, explore and enjoy it moment after moment. One of my favorite restaurants in Dubai for sure.

Went to Indya last night for the Dubai Food festival week. The ambiance was great, it was very busy and the service was attentive and hospitable. We had the choice of everything on the menu which was amazing - the food was tasty, super flavorsome. Ive already recommended this to my friends who have booked a table for next week. A lovely restaurant for yummy Indian food. I will come back again

Not bad but very limited options for vegetarians and what all is there is also not upto the expectation, its overrated here. Taste is average, even of those items recommended by waiter, rest all neat and clean, served in reasonable time. Overall, not value for money.Tip: Not for vegetarians.

This is their KFC (Kerala Fried Chicken) and Lamb starter. If youre from Kerala, Id recommend not to order this. Because this is more similar to the famous KFC than an authentic Kerala chicken fry.

I just came home and cannot not leave a positive review about Indya! The waiter was so nice and knowledgeable about the origins of the dishes. The food to share was to die for and the portions were the perfect size.The eclecticism of the interior makes you feel at home.I only wish I had extra room to get dessert...

If you are coming to eat and talk then this is not the right restaurant for you! The food is so delicious 🤤 you won’t stop eating until the dish is finished! Chicken butter and lamb briani is highly recommended!

Indian food with a small twist. Every small change made to the traditional Indian snack or meal was perfect. Definitely worth a visit if in Dubai. The ambience and service was excellent.

This is the latest restaurant by Chef Vineet Bhatia. Hands down the best Indian chef on the planet. The atmosphere is very inviting and warm. The food is very balanced and modern. This is not your typical Indian restaurant that one is used to. It is “modern” and “sophisticated” Indian cuisine. Rhe flavours are not heavy and suitable for general eaters. This is a very solid place to have fun with friends and family, and enjoy great “Indian with a twist” food.

People choose your restaurant to celebrate their special occasions because it is associated with Chef Vineet (the first Indian chef to be awarded Michelin star). I rated 1-star coz I cant rate 0. To start with the starters were good. I liked the ambiance and the vibe. Unfortunately, it ends there. I wish I never ordered the mains. Parda biryani and mutton cooker wala was mediocre. Vegetable kohlapuri was just blanched vegetables in a tomato and coconut gravy. I have never eaten something this bad. To top it your team doesnt pay any attention to details. Why do they ask at the time of reservation if the guest is celebrating any special occasions if you are not making a note of it or planning to wish?  Its not a slice of the complimentary cake that we were waiting for however, the courtesy was missing. We walked out of the restaurant and your manager (i hope he is not the restaurant manager) asked us about the food on giving him our feedback his reply was hmmm hmmm. This place is not for people looking for good Indian food with 5-star service, First and last visit.

Visited this place on second day for eid. Have to admit was a little hesitant with a set menu plan initially. The appetisers were excellent and different. The main course variety was not spectacular but taste was good. They have some good choices of non alcoholic drinks. Deserts were also nice. Overall it was a plesant experience.

Awesome place! Revives the taste palettes long forgotten. Indian dishes reinvented with a luxury twist, u wont be disappointed. The decor is nice, make sure u book in advance as they keep occupancy limited on covid restrictions. Must try, the Raj puri, the butter chicken and the samosa pinwheel.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and when we looked at the menu I couldnt really recognise anything. Then the waiter came and explained how it worked like a tappas. He told us a bit about the different food in terms of spice etc. So we decided to order 2 starters to share and 2 mains plus a peshwari naan. Well what can I say. It was excellent food, great atmosphere and well trained courteous staff who were a credit to the restaurant. We would definitely recommend

One of the best Indian restaurant in Dubai, we were there for our special occasion loved the vibe ❤ We tried couple tasting menu worth 250 AED includes starters , main course and desserts. Also there is an option to add drinks with food which would cost 350 AED. Most HYGIENIC restaurant hence I would recommend a visit there in this pandemic situation. Master chef Vineet well done 👌❣

FANTASTIC = The space, the setting, the people, the price, the cocktails and most especially the food.The inside space is lovely, set in Le Meridian and have a lovely view out over the grounds and down JBR.The staff are warm and knowledgeable, always ready without being intrusive.The price is 60 and 78 AED for menu items which covers full curry portion options as well as tapas style dishes.The food is divine. The depth of flavor and use of spice is amazing, some of the dishes have heat but it’s not a punishing heat, it’s well integrated and gorgeous.Bravo!

Inventive food and delicious tastes in a ln eclectic atmosphere... If anything indya tries a touch too hard to be different, but all in all pulls it off quite well... Pity I didnt have space to try more, but I will be back.

Excellent service and great food at a reasonable price. Decor was nice, everything looked new and fresh. Theyve got a wide range of gin and tonics and an extensive menu which the waiter is only too happy to talk you through. We just had traditional meals ( butter chicken and tikka masala) but both were lovely and we polished off every last bit. Two mains and some rice was enough for us.

But far one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been too. I’ve been to restaurants all around the world including Surat and this place ranks high up there. If you’re into gin they have a crazy selection of gin and tonics. Their tiger margarita drink is amazing if you like drinks with a kick. Vegetarian apps and chicken tikka masala were on point. Will eat here every time I’m visiting Dubai.
