A friend had chosen the Hitchki Friday Brunch as a gathering after everyones summer travels. My wife and I had been here in the past, pre-covid days, and driving to the venue I recalled our experience was ok and that the venue had cooling problems.Much to our shock, they were still having AC problems and to resolve this issue, they had air coolers dotted all over the venue. In the height of a Dubai summer, these air coolers do not really help. So began our afternoon filled with heat and sweat whilst trying to enjoy food and drinks.I, being a smoker (sorry), then got a further shock when I was informed that since covid began smoking is only permitted outside and no where within the restaurant. Obviously this and the heat killed my expectations of a fun brunch from the offset.Im not sure if there were any menus on the table as I didnt see one so we didnt know what food or drinks to expect. No member of staff explained how their brunch works, either. Drink service started extremely slow as staff took your order, punched it into the pos and thereafter waited for the barmen to prepare. Initially 10-15 minutes before your drink was replenished. However, towards the last hour, our waitress, who was trying hard to serve us, finally started leaving extra drinks on our table.Food was not bad. It was just put on our table without us being told what was being served. I had to ask the waiter to explain what dishes he has kept on our table. However, one point to be made here, the Pani Puri was the worst I have ever had. The Puris did not contain enough of the mixture you put into it, there was no sweet tamarind sauce and the pani was tasteless.The final shocker was the bill for the Aqua Panna water bottles served on the table. Yes you price your brunch cheap and then boost up the price by charging for expensive bottles of water. The fact that the venue was very hot in temperature, least they could have done is serve cold water on the house.We all had high hopes of this brunch but in the end all felt we will never return to this venue again.

We came to Hitchki for a friends birthday night out and it did not disappoint! Awesome cocktails, great food and chaat snack plates and the hospitality was fabulous. The cocktails inparticular were theatrical and memorable! The staff made her birthday really special and the awesome tunes all night added to the overall experience!

It was a marvellous experience. The hotel used bollywood theme in their menus to point out the dishes in a very fancy way and also in their services used. Theres no chance tht one can refuse to return

Indian (fusion) restaurant on the ground floor, Millennium grand hotel, Al Barsha. Frankly the food deserves a 2*, Food Presentation/decor and overall ambiance deserves a 4*. Service was quick and the ambiance was perfect for dinner and drinks. Place with indoor and outside seating arrangement. Overall, I would rate 3*. There is special menu for IPL 2021. Very spacious and they are following mandatory C19 precautions.

Lovely ambience, but was surprised at how quiet it was during Ramadan..! nonetheless I had heard great things about Hitchki and wasnt disappointed. We had the set iftar meal, and it was scrumptious! The dessert in particular was amazing. Service was on point. Loved the decor of the restaurant and definitley plan on coming here again!

If you want to go to a brunch where the food is finished go to Hitchki. The place is a disappointment when the restaurant tells you 1hr into the brunch that items on the menu are finished. Clearly bad planning. The taste is mediocre and not as expected. Service is good as the staff try hard to get cover the misses of the restaurant. (Just as we were about to leave, the staff organized the items we were missing and the brunch service got better, the staff more attentive and very helpful. Not sure if this was the effect of the review but it did get better so kudos to the staff to make that extra effort to make it special. A great place and can become exceptional with attention to service.

Visited this venue on a Wednesday evening as a group of three. It was full so we were lucky to have booked a table in advance. The service was confusing as at times there were three waiters attending to us and at times none. The QR code menu didnt work so we were handed a tablet with the menu. We ordered a selection of kebabs all of which were ridiculously spicy. The desserts were non-traditional and in my opinion weird. Would I go again? No.

It actually looks freaky and beautiful. My 2nd most favourite was ; Roasted peanut butter & nutella freak shake. It resembles a tub of popcorn which you get in cinemas. However, its not only that. When you scoop in the caramel popcorn you will be surprised to see a mix of almond milk, nutella, peanut butter, and crushed peanuts. The quantity is so huge that it can easily be shared amongst a group of 4-5 people. The other drinks were also good but these two topped my list.✔Vegetarian 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 - Pav bhaji cone/ 𝑫𝒐𝒔𝒂 𝑷𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔 /dum pukht aranciniPav bhaji cone was a bhaji filled in a cone made our of all purpose flour. I have never seen such a fusion starter till date and really impressed with it. I wish they served atleast 4 cones instead of 3.𝑫𝒐𝒔𝒂 𝑷𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔 – ever heard of Alu Masala served in a form of a fritter ? This place serves it and it was out of the world ! Theyre served with chilli coconut cream . They are called Dosa poppers because the fritters are made out of Dosa Batter. That is indeed a unique south Indian fusion dishdum pukht arancini – Italian twist given to our famous Biryani and Dal Makhani is what I can simply put it as . These are cheese biryani fritters served on a bed of creamy dal makhni, and topped with a cheetos puff.✔Vegetarian 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 - Hyderabadi paneer biryani /makhni baingan burrata/ paneer ale lababdar. Biryani was authentic in taste and it has nice Mughlai aroma to it. Served with Raita. But I LOVED the Makhni Baigan Burrata. Yes you read it right !. Its not bharta but Burrata!. It’s a smokey eggplant bharta that is served with burrata cheese on top which gives it a creamy taste. Paneer was nice and soft. The Gravy was creamy and had a nice fenugreek flavour to it. Very rich and aromatic in nature. It was served with chur chur naan.✔𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬 - baklava 2.0/ 𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑩𝒓𝒖𝒍𝒆𝒆/Gold Souq/ Mr. India. A meal without a dessert is definitely incomplete and these 4 desserts were a perfect ending.Baklava 2.0 – Sweet pastry sheets with vanilla gulkand icecream filling and sweetened with pistachio, almonds and layers of nuts, served with dramatic rose petals. Absolute treat to your eyes !Saffron creme brulee was rich and creamy with strong saffron flavour. It was topped with mini gulab Jamuns and some fresh berries.Mr. India - imagine having gulab jamun, cheesecake, gajar ka halwa, caramalized pistachio all fit into one!!!!! That’s what this is !! I could not stop myself from binging onto it !However, The Showstopper was Gold Souq. A combination of Malai Milk, rose vermicelli, Pistachio kulfi, saffron pearls, ruby chocolate, lotus flower plated 24Karat edible gold leaf, gala fruits and nuts and Edible Gold. The presentation was absolutely divine and stunning. It actually has a Royal touch to it !👌Overall I had a wonderful and memorable time here. It was one of the finest dining experience. The prices are a bit on a higher side but it is TOTALLY WORTH IT !👍

Hitchki is very popular among people for its reasonable yet delicious food with a touch of gastronomy. Even on a weekday, this place was buzzing with people. Of course they were running at half capacity due to the social distancing regulations. For starters, I ordered their Manchow Soup which was spicy and the perfect for the weather. I also tried their Charlie Chapli Kebabs which were more like delectable shami kebabs served with Oman Chips and a dip. I also ordered their version of Dynamite shrimps which served in a bowl that sits on dry ice bowl so theres smoke coming out which makes it so fascinating to watch. My friend ordered the tandoori prawns which were flavorful and the smell of charcoal made it even more tasty.

Hitchki Dubai is a place full of vibrance and color. This place quite busy specially on the weekends and its recommended to reserve before arriving. The ambiance is lovely and the food tastes delicious as well. Outdoor seating area is also available and its quite a huge place. The interior is also well decorated to give a different vibe to customers.

Had most snacks, presentation was really nice, service was good. Surprisingly, vegetarian order took more time than non veg item, but thats fine. Had the chat platter. I guess thats not with AED 100. Gol gappe were already leaking so could not be filled, paani was tasteless too. Had no tamarin & pudina chutney to adjust the taste. Lamb kabaabs & Chicken tikka items were really nice.Overall a great experience. Would definitely visit again ad recommend the place.

The food at Hitchki is beautifully presented, add to it good taste and some theatrics & drama. What else does a girl want. They have amazing choices of drinks & a wide variety on menu with some intriguing filmi names..I thoroughly enjoyed the starters, main course and desserts. Not to forget the delicious drinks.I recommend tiger zingha hai, bling bling chicken and prawn biryani.Although it’s my third time at the same branch. It lives up to my expectation every time I visit.

What a lovely place this is! I recollect visiting this place during my trip to Dubai. They serve amazing food. Especially the prawns on the menu is so delicious. The mocktails were great! The staff there is amazing. We were served by Vaidyanathan and the service provided was top class. Had a wonderful experience.

Recently visited to the new branch at the mirdiff city center, the concept is very cool for a mix of Indian food with modern fusion. For the drinks we had:*mission mangal and as the name is its a space ship with smoke and all the effects. Just epic and the drink very healthy juice based on beetroot.* Mint cooler, was a refreshing Mint drink*Minions - its a watermelon slushy. for those who like the mild watermelon flavor will like this drink. But the presentation is epic with the tiki glass.*The ultimate freak shake is a monstrous shake with chocolate and candy its a kids dreamStarter:*Tiger zhinga hai- a twist to the dynamite shrimp with smoke display to seal the deal, delicately cooked prawns, with very nice sauce.*Pav bhaji Cone- The presentation is so cute with the pastry cones stufed with pav bhaji mix. the pav bhaji filling was rightly spiced and the cone was crisp and flaky.*Sheek ka baap- the name says it all.. the longest sheek kaba i have ever seen, but very juicy and nice.*chicken tikka masala- Served with lovely soft bead, the chicken tikka was mildly spiced.*Haleem Khow Suey- Nice blended haleem with an array of compliments served along side.Dessert:*Crème brulee- Smooth and creamy texture with a lovely hint of saffron, perfect crackle sugar top.Overall a very delightful experience with the food and the ambiance of the place is very inviting.

A authentic Indian restaurant in Dubai in the ground floor of 5 star Grand millennium Hotel. A Bollywood themed and Indian themed restaurant. The ambiance is really cool and vibrant. You will feel pous.They got a huge a menu including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. We went two times over my 12 days stay. We dried different dishes. Hitchki is our most favourite Friday Brunch destination located at the Ground floor of Grand Millennium, Tecom. The Food and liquor menu is by far the best youll ever find in entire Dubai. Value for your money. Deals like 1 on 1 for AED 300 all inclusive (Liquor and Food unlimited) from Zomato gold or Entertainer will make you want to visit this place atleast twice a month.Best for group parties or a couples hang out spot.Staff love their job! It clearly reflects in the service. Real quick hot food delivered to your table. Slow on Liquor though. But just order a couple of drinks so it keeps coming for the entire 5 hours of it. Perfect legendary style. Creamy chicken with soft cooked chicken in sweet and mild spice gravy. Totally finger licking.🍷 Hail mogambo - whiskey based drink. Not too sweet. Not too sour. Simply amazing. Not being a whiskey person I still liked it!Service was quick. Staff was courteous and ambience was pretty. Live music 🎶 makes the place have a special vibe. Especially after 9pm.Do visit this place if you like Indian food and Bollywood :)

I would have given 4 because the food was good but the ambience in the shisha smoking area is worst.. They should seriously consider buying some Air Coolers or eventually will end up loosing customers..

We had a late afternoon meal. To begin with we tried the beer cocktail. They were ok. The taste was not that great. Starters were good. The main course was butter chicken which was really tasty and the flatbread the best I had so far. Overall a nice place. After 4pm I guess they serve shesha.

Im assuming its a branch of the India chain. Amazing food and that is where the rating actually goes up. Not a heaven for veg food but they do justice to whatever limited options they have. They need to buck up the service a little and definitely the portion size. The quantity is best for singles or couples but not for groups.

Ok, this is one of the best restaurants that I have visited this year so far. From the time you walk in the sheer look, ambiance, size, fixtures, simply makes you feel aghast. The high ceiling, the long bar, which is on the left side as you enter is full of color. The visual treat is dope, the wooden and then the turquois look makes you feel as if you are in a place that perfectly combines, casual and royal under one roof. You will love it here, even before you order the food. The Food here doesnt disappoint you. What we had here was fantastic, fine fusion food, with great flavours and presentation. The prawn jey par, crispy chicken khurana, were delicious. The spice levels were slightly high to the usual other places, but that was what I liked about it here. They know how to be different, the time and passion they give for their presentation shows their seriousnessExcellent surf and turf, simply done. Premium quality ingredients, well presented delicious dish,Their biryani was delicious, the aroma, the flavours, the tenderness of the chicken, all were the keys that hold this beautiful dish together. The dessert selection was fantastic too, they have created these too with passion and much thought. The banofee bomb, which is a caramelized banana, date cake and they pour the toffee sauce. Oh my my, this was one fine treat. The baratiyo ki swagat, which was safrron infused,Maal pua, stuffed mawa,nuts and all. This was okay for me, tasted fine, but preferred the bomb.Overall, this is one place I will keep coming back, You will have a evening, that you will remember for a loooooooong while.

We had gone for dinner today for first time and it was a great experience at City Centre Mirdiff. The food quality and taste was really great with the right balances of taste. We had tried the Chapli kebab, paneer Tikka masala , butter chicken potli biryani and Jalebi. Everything was very very tasty. We were look after by Ronaldo who was excellent and was interesting to hear him speak Hindi. Will visit again

It was one of the most exemplary modern Indian dinner that I have had in a while. The taste, creativity was perfect. The ambience is second to none and our server Jai was a star with his recommendations and attentive service skills. The only thing that I need them to work on is the butter chicken Bag - lacked a punch and the Gulab jamun hot dog. The presentation was excellent, but the taste failed miserablyRest of the food was 110%. The chicken tikka, dosa poppers are to die for.

It’s one of my better restaurant experiences in Dubai. Once you’re in, it felt like I was back in Khan Market in Delhi or Linking Road in Mumbai. The first thing that stares you right in the face is the long bar. We had kids with us so we skipped that!And then, you can’t miss the music. It’s so late 90s, early 2000s pop. The hits take you right back to the time. We thought there were only so many songs – but their playlist proved us wrong.The food is to die for.It’s all very fusion-ish and interesting. The plating, the taste, everything is just perfect.We ordered a Halim Khao-suey, which was as ridiculous to look at, as ridiculously good it tasted. We loved it and couldn’t get more of it!The chef even prepared a special dish for a person in our group who had an upset stomach. Event that was beautifully presented in a plate. The khichdi came with the five friends of khichdi – the pickle, the papad, the pyaaz, the curd, and ghee. They even got that right! I had the butter chicken risotto (yep!) and it was heavenly.The drinks were well made too.Right from the bike at the entrance with a few headlights too many, the Indigo painted walls, the smiling faces of the staff, and the accommodating chef and the food, everything was perfect.We can’t wait to go back soon enough.

I loved this place and I went thrice with my wife for the delicious and fun menu. But last time when I asked for a different wine than the house wine I was given the most expensive wine which cost 4x what I would normally pay for a glass. Let me know next time that the alternative wine proposed is the most expensive thing on the menu. This ruined my experience and I felt like I was being swindled for trusting in the waiters choice.

Had a chance to visit this place didnt like the service (Slow) and the food (Which I had high expectations of) wasnt something that I would be going there agin for.
