Extremely poor service. Unprofessional attitude and rude. If you’re thinking of going to get something done, I’d suggest going to another center.

I go bad experience from this centers.People are working in there are thinking that expats from asian countries are same like coronavirus.If the employees (in counter) are worried to talk to us ,we are also need to think in same way.Because we are also human being and we are also take caring our family.You people are working there because here expats are still here.No expats no immigration for expatsToday morning when I visit between 9 am to 10.30 in counter 9 the lady who is working there is looking at me like a person who done a big mistake and she is thinking she doing a big favour to me .It is her responsibility to do the work.When i was trying to ask to her a doubt ,she start to say..go go.several times.I dont know arabic language.Otherwise i will explain to her and in the information centre about the insult which I faced.If people who knows good arabic language or if someone have good power they will get good service or get solutions.If you face any problem in here you will feel to die than begging in front of helpless people.Please I am requesting to the officials we need mercy to solve our issues.
