They are thieves! I booked a covid test online in their website and set up a time and paid. They happily took my money and then WhatsApped me saying that my time wasn’t confirmed and they couldn’t do the test til 12 hours later. The time they proposed didn’t work for me so I asked for a refund and then they ignored me. Unacceptable behavior and will be reporting to business bureau

Unfortunately my experience with this place is awful even though it started well.I needed an urgent PCR test so I went through the online registration and I paid for the top tier VIP which said on the website that I will be transported to the clinic and back. But it didnt happen.The employee from the clinic WhatsApp messaged me saying that they dont have available cars so I will need to come myself.The answer was promised for 2-4 hours but I got it in 5.I was promised a refund for the extra money I paid, of course I never got it not even the transfer money.I also requested an invoice which I never got.They are not even answering to my messages at this point.So if you need a test you can go here but go with the cheapest option cause all the rest doesnt really do anything, youll just lose some extra money.

Dubai is promoting happiness, but you cannot be happy if you do transactions with this Amer branch.Rude, to say the least, a not-so-friendly employee typed our visa application details incorrectly.Requested for correction. Contacted them thru WhatsApp a couple of times to make sure that the correction was already made before I revisit, and they responded that it has been corrected, quote unquote multiple times. Went there and the reception told me it is not yet updated.It is an hour commute for me to go to this branch, and the only reason why I applied for my spousal visa there is because it is open 24 hours, means I can go there even after my work hours.I would give Mr. Moussa a five-star for his assistance and great customer service. But the whole experience is a mess.Come on, Amer, Dubai knows you can do better.

Spoke to one CSR over the phone and he was being so rude that i dont have words to express his pathetic level of customer service. They know Emirates ID fine in very rare cases will be exempted, still they told me to get Travel report to with heavy charges,finally fine exemption rejected by EID department, lost charges towards travel reports generation.

Please avoid the receptionist to handle your application. They have absolutely no idea whats documents are required especially for hold and unhold procedure.I had a very tough time going around multiples gdrfa offices because of the receptionist mistake.

I am very impressed with the service given by the Amer consultant Mohsina Salman. she was very helpful and prompt and has great communication skills. I had a problem with getting all of the documents for my sons visa and she helped me through al of the steps that i needed to go through to get the proper documents. From allowing me to collect me Emirates ID to giving me directions on where to go this was above and beyond. Getting my sons visa has never been so easy.

I suggest you save your time and go elsewhere. I went to them first because I thought it was a government agency since they use the name Amer. Their online application may lure you in, but they take so long to reply and their info is INACCURATE. In addition, the customer service is so INCOMPETENT; no one there knows how to answer basic questions, lacks professionalism and do not tell you everything you need to know about the requirements to apply for any visa. They also do ignore you in the end when they dont know the answers, which I did see in other reviews before mine. Anyway, I went absolutely nowhere with them, found my answers by calling multiple other agencies, and then ran across the Amer Center in Al Quoz, which is actually a govt. agency and went to them directly. Within 24 hours, they handled my issues, I paid, and I was approved my visa extension! Go there directly and save your time and headaches from the ridiculous responses you get from Amer247.

Poor customer service, status updates are unclear, and choppy lines.I am questioning the legitimacy of such a service, and wether I would receive my visa extension.Take precautions

Very bad service. The lady at the reception listened to my query and assisted me well. I wanted to ask something to the branch manager and she literally hushed me out of her office. I felt really bad the way she treated me in front of other customers and left the facility without even finishing my work. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

New online service is fantastic. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Being able to eliminate trips to government offices and upload documents remotely makes this whole process very straight forward.

I applied for entry permit for my wife and daughter and trusting that they will fill the details correctly. But at the airport I came to know they made mistake in my wifes visa and had to miss the flight. Then it took them a week to fix that and later I found there are more mistakes in visa. Issue is still not fixed and unable to bring to my family to dubai as entry permit is of no use. Very disappointed with this experience.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - I went to Amer to extend my tourist visa but they told me my visa was extended automatically due to Covid - I had it confirmed on the paper. I was then leaving Dubai and I had to pay a HUGE FINE at the airport because they said I overstayed my visa. At the airport, they didnt even care about the paper I got from Amer. I messaged them to ask what happened but they keep on ignoring me.

Very poor service. All centers are not coordinated. I am still following up on my EID status until now with no positive answer to my questions. Every Amir Center you call they ask you to get in touch with the same place you initially visited.Even the 24Hr Mobile number they dont even respond to you after receiving a request.
