Our visit to this Amer centre was like a whiff of fresh air; really pleased to see their engagement levels with clients - outstanding service levels ! I had gone earlier today for my wife’s residence visa renewal..Kudos to Kavita & team for all the great work !

I wanted to get my parents visit visa converted to resident visa. Had a pleasant experience, the staff guided through the entire process. Even during the Covid19 pandemic times, the staff was very considerate in handling each and every queries.

Amazing Service Professional People

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - First time before COVID family renewal happened 10 minutes but now It took over 90 minutes because - 1- They prioritise PRO agents not customers so agents come and go and customers sitting foolishly 2- Updated wrong address for Zajel and that wasted 8 days for pick up of passport and whole work took 2 weeks rather than few days 3- person sitting on counter does not advise that better to give here for stamping than to deal with Zajel our selves , I asked him twice but he just mumbled stuff like a dictionary and not clear him self or not interested to serve customer.

They are open from 8am, when you come at 9:30am, you can hardly see anybody in the office. Receptionist asks you to wait for an indefinite time as the concerned person has to come. Did not expect this from an AMER center in Dubai.

Never too crowded, the staff is well trained and go out of their way to get the job done
