Visited there today at 8 am to get the visa issuance and the process went very smooth and professional. However after choose to issue the visa the urgent type had to go to Ibn Batuta branch to get the visa print out as this small branch dont they have visa print out service. Although both employees the gentleman and the lady were very efficient and professional 👍 Thanks

Great place. The staff is very helpful and the speed of service is the best in Dubai. Mr Mohammad Fuaad, completed my visa application in no time and had a great attitude. This place deserves its rating.

We moved from London to Dubai. I got a job but I needed to sponsor my wifes visa too. I am so glad we went to the JLT typing center instead of the very busy al manara center for example. The two young gentlemen that work at this center are great and will go all the way to help you throughout the process. Ive used whatsapp to communicate with them and make sure I have all the necessary documents before I go and visit them. If you are missing a translated document from English to Arabic they can even do that on the spot. As a 29-year old tech guy I am actually very surprised how painless the whole process was for us. Just make sure you have all the documents needed for each of your visits and then this place is the right one for you.

Had to go 4 times to get visa process done - although they are reasonably polite , seem quite pre occupied speaking to each other or on the phone . I have used the Ibn Batuta mall branch previously, will definitely be going back there

Small center with no place to wait and cue, no ticket number so basically you have to check who is the last one, 3 only employee and super slow service. A big NO

Ive never left a Google review before but the service here calls for one. All the staff here are extremely polite and help clarify any doubts and questions but special mention to Mr. Waleed who I was mainly dealing with. He was very helpful during the entire visa process, and many a time would respond to my queries even after working hours. Even during Ramadan, he and all the staff was very patient and cooperative. I would reccomend this branch and once again would want to thank the staff here for their warmth and help.

I went to this place with full of preconceived notion of being asked to run post to poll but there was two Emirati gentlemen who guided me with the right information and necessary action I need to plan further. God bless. They are pleased to support you. My first experience in an Amer cebtre.

This branch of Amer is commendable this is my 2nd time processing the visa of my children. And I must say they are very cooperative and will not waste your time. They will make you feel at ease also. May Allah bless your hardwork!

The experience at this branch was fantastic. The 3 gentlemen that I dealt with had smiles on their faces every time I went there and were always polite and friendly and went out of their way to help me, they really do live the meaning of Amer. Thank you for making a sometimes painful experience a very pleasant one.

Kindly reply to the WhatsApp messages. Got one reply at night for the questions asked morning and no response after. When called, they said to WhatsApp to better save the documents needed.

When we call for any application no one knows exact details what to do or they are not ready to tell. All seems busy asking to other person but other person also blank. Amer centers needs to monitor by authorities.
