Staff was very cooperative and they guide throughout the process Of visa application .On site pictures. Was very useful and quick.International driving permit was issued in just 5 minutes .Highly recommend there services.

I go mine right on time. Hassle free service. The staff are really nice and accommodating especially the pinoy staff that helped me a lot with my requirements and I owe him but unfortunately i forgot his name. They’re legit. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Unfortunately there is no way to avoid them to travel to Italy, they didnt give me all the information thru the phone and while visiting them they asked to bring more documents and there is no rescheduling before 7/8 days or you pay for premium services and awful customer service as some of the counter staff feel like diplomat.

One of the worst. People in there are so bad. I had all paper work and they still do not understand what they are reading.VFS Global is better and people there are helpful. I will cancel the trip and go to Paris instead of Italy.Italy, change this company. They do not have any clue what they are doing.

Good staff hence ok rating - A bit overpriced for premium when you only fast track the application and not the visa processing itself- if youre in a hurry during the busy summer period like August and they say 5-20 days expect 30+ days- I withdrew my application and lost all the fees - especially painful when you pay for premium service

Horrible service. My appointment was at 4pm, and I arrived on time, yet at 6pm I was still waiting in the queue to submit my application. For people waiting outside, it is not even human to keep people for hours without water. In that narrow allay the client sitting area is packed. This area does not even meet the safety standards, as it blocks the fire exit of the floor. This is very serious and the Consulate of Italy must not allow such non human standards to persist.

They up-sold me an SMS service for a small amount of money. But never provided an SMS service at all! When I complained, they did not claim responsibility or apologize or even offer to refund or make it up to the customer. It is not about the amount it is about the principle and this is just STEALING!
