I just process my niece emirates id and i asked if PCR test is required for new EK ID prior to bimetrics (our company PRO asked to reconfirmed) there is 2 kabayan in the counter 1 & 2 who doesnt have the clue of the process, i was trying to explain if the pcr has validity but instead stare at me like what is your problem? An insult look of what i was talking about? Its so disappointing that they sit there and no clue at all! And i went out as im not getting anything and when i turn my head theyre laughing at me! Please Amer educate your staff and be professional!!! Very disappointing

Poor customer service, Staff is not professional using mobile all the time during the work, even they dont have enough knowledge for the correct documents. They missed to upload the important documents in the system. I have called many times, sent email and also WhatsApp them but no response. Prices are also high as compared to other Amer Center. Unfortunately my experience was not good.

One of the most useful, helpful, accurate, reliable establishments for processing documentation. BUT Patience is one of the important characters that one has to follow or practice here. Everyone who works here clearly and correctly understands what they are doing and what is required. They get your job done on the spot. All the staff are 100% helpful people. They are all impressive.This location at Ibn Battuta Mall is no different and is a power house of efficiency and happiness.Please note the following before you reach or schedule to go there:1. Gather all your required documents.2. Please write your email address and phone number on a piece of white paper clearly and legibly and keep it handy when you reach the counter.3. Allocate enough time for processing your request. It is not going to be very fast.4. Please consider that everyones work is important and practice patience.5. PLEASE TAKE CASH WITH YOU. MOST IMPORTANT. There is a couple of ATMs nearby.The premises is like a mirror and sparklingly clean. The staff are extremely helpful and clearly understand your requirements and go out of the way to help you in any way. I forgot to take a photo with me, the lady at the counter took my photo on her phone and helped me to complete my application process.Although a busy place always, during this pandemic, all government pandemic regulations are implemented.Highly satisfied with their service and especially the great people who work at these centers.

It’s the worst centre ever, The manager can’t do anything as well. Everytime they’ll say the system is down. I have visited 10 times for a refund which the counter lady did a mistake of 3 years Emirates id fees whereas my visa was for 2 years. That refund I couldn’t get it back because of their uselessness and excuses. I will never recommend this branch to anyone.

I have had the worst experience with this typing center . I applied for my baby eid and the person who did it did not enter everything properly . I kept receiving a remodification email and Three times I went back to the center and no one could help me with the application . All they do is they keep telling me go to this counter and get it fixed by someone who did the application for you. Go to Amer IBn at your own risk they dont know what they do its a waste of time .

But the lady staff sitting over there convinced me to make dual payment saying the failed payment will be refunded within 3days. One of the most busy branches that I have visited. The first thing that you notice when you enter is the “girl power”. Each counter is managed by ladies meticulously. My case was attended my an executive Ms. Buthaina. The service level was top notch. What I noticed was the compassion and respect that she showed towards all customer irrespective of rich poor elder or young that represented the highest level of customer service that Dubai stands for. Big thanks to Ms. Buthaina and wish her all the best for her future and she maintains her enchanting smile forever. God bless!

Came here to apply for our childrens visa. While the center is clean looking, organized and staff are polite, not sure if they are trained to do their job properly. I just needed to submit incomplete documents and twice I had to come in a span of maybe 30 mins, as I kept getting a text message saying incomplete docs, please go to typing center.. etc... so I came and submitted the NOC required. I asked the lady I came to first if there is anything else pending, and she said everything is fine. And then after a few minutes I received that message saying incomplete docs, so again I went, took a token, came to a different lady and she asked for some docs, and she asked for one of my childs birth cert. She checked and did something, and said its done. I asked her again so nothing else pending? She said its fine. The 3rd time on that same night I still received that incomplete message. It was frustrating and I didnt want to go myself so I asked my husband to check what else is pending. He took a token and asked that same lady I went to the 2nd time and she said everything is uploaded.I just hope they know what they are supposed to do so that we dont have to keep going back and forth.

Surprisingly poor experience here as generally Amer centers are well run. Staff here is untrained and the manager is quite rude. I will have to go to another center to get more information as they did not answer properly, took the transaction charges and were totally unhelpful! Very bad !

I got an entry permit for my 9 month old baby from here. On the entry permit they mentioned he is a student (first mistake).Due to some urgency my family had to leave UAE and go back. For that reason I asked them to issue a visa for my baby on urgent basis.On the Emirates ID application they put wrong information (second mistake).For that reason the visa was not getting processed and they asked to travel to ICA office to get that fixed. Because of urgency and their mistake I took taxi to travel between these departments (additional cost for me and the days wasted).Finally, I convinced ICA to do a new application for the baby and they did it on urgent basis to correct the information and I have to pay the urgent fees here.Because of thir first mistake visa was still getting rejected.I had to make phone calls to different amer centers and then finally I travelled to GDRFA terminal 3 airport and finally they updated the information and visa was issued.I asked the Amer center to do the refund for Emirates id application as they have put the wrong info. Initially they refused and then paid me half of price.

Very bad experience yesterday. I stepped in at 1635 hrs for my daughter visa. After taking the token it was only 1 customer ahead of me. Waited for 1.5 hrs and my number was not called but I can see other people coming and applying without number called. There are 5-6 counters for visa application. Upon checking with the staff there the answer was system is slow and we are doing what we can do best. I have no option but to leave after waiting for 1.5 hrs as they were not sure when my token will be called upon

Worst place to work or finish your papers , the manager (owner) of the place uses his position to get his family members to work at the same place and they treat employees really badly and I’m pretty sure we have rules that family members (wife + husband) bring the worst out of their employees , “she said I haven’t been at work when I’ve been there and I’ve got the proof and the report that his wife wrote about me , I hope Dubai human rights take action in this matter . The worst Amer center in Dubai. Dealing with people here is a nightmare. I visited them to get a visa issued and had to visit them multiple times, just because the staff there couldnt scan and upload my documents clearly in one go. Half of the staff is unaware of the process or is just careless in doing their work. I raised an Emirates ID application through them in which they said I shall apply for 3 years and when I visited them to get my visa printed they said it can be issued only for 1 year and they made an error while applying for my Emirates ID. They have charged 3 years fee from me. When you complaint about it and ask the reason for their mistake and started laughing. I wish there was an option to give a negative star rating on Google.Please visit any other Amer center for any of your applications (Recommended one is 24/7 Center in Deira)

Be aware guys this particular center is only fooling and out to customer legitimately. Last week I did a transaction for medical application with them for normal service of 2 working days. They overcharged me extra 150 aed for no good reason and how did I encounter when I did my medical test next door to them.1.Across all UAE and in all immigration typing centerThe normal medial charges for 48 hrs is 430 including the service charge268 Medical application fee - paid directly to Gov50-55 typing fee110 - service charge to get test result in 48 hrs.2.Whereas this particular Amer facility is 460 aedAs per them360 - application fee - GOVT charges100 - transaction feeAnd then you go to facility next door to do medical with application form given by amer center we have to pay service fee of 110 to get medical test. ( that’s understood and feasible ) but amer center fails to provide this info and plus they said just go next door and do test and you don’t have to pay anything. Over all cost here sum up to is 570 Aed I paid 140 aed extra for no good reason I mean seriously 😳 they are fooling customer3. So conclusion i was been over charged due to lack of knowledge and trust the government center.Guys please check and then do your transaction

This is the worst branch of amer center. They are least bothered with the customer. Extremely poor service received during the my visa change from work visa to dependent visa. Officers are not clear with what they want. Documents were not scanned properly. I was asked to come back 4 times to get the same document scanned repeatedly. Finally I went to the GDRFA main office to get things fixed.Amer Ibn Battuta never responds to whatsapps, does not clearly mention what documents are needed. I had to continue my application from another branch in SZR and they did everything within 30 mins.

I had the worst experience in UAE going to Ibn Batuta Amer centre. Womens sitting for visa services are not serious with their job and work as if they are doing favour on us. I had to visit the centre many times as they did not guide me and times did not upload the correct document. I had the worst experience of my life dealing with these people. I summarize my experience as below.1) I wanted to apply for my mom and dad sponsor visa so i asked them the document requirements.2) They mentioned the requirements and i submitted the document accordingly.3) despite of giving the documents i got a message for the submission of some of the documents which i had already submitted the first time.4) so i had to leave my work and go to amer ibn for submssion of the same documents5) after couple of days i again got the mesagae for the submisison of some missing documents.6) so i had to leave my work and go to amer ibn for submssion of the same documents. This was the third time i submitted the same documents. I am assuming that the people doing the application did not scan the documents correctly 3 times.7) finally after wasting 10 days and visiting them 3 times, my application was rejected.8) when i asked about the reason for rejection they said thry can say and that i have to contact the immigration. However , they can give the refund if i wish.9) so i opted for refund and to my surprise they gave me 160 aed refund against my expense of 1250 aed. I was just furious as they never told me about partial refund. When i compained they said that i am misbehaving and added that this is the govt. Refund and that they cant do anything about it.10) at the end i found out that the reson for rejection was the 2 bhk requirement for accommodation which i wasnt informed before.11) no information, no advise, improper application, improper processing, waste of money and waste of time. This is how i summarize my experience with these guys.Lost 1100 aed, lost a lot of time and effort and at the end got nothing in return.
