1. Broken customer facing online experiences.2. Service personnel who calls and argues with you for providing a positive feedback.3. You have to repeat and resend documents and dictate out loud in public your email, name and contact when you approach the reception desk. This is private information and such should not be exposed like this.The same details are in WhatsApp and email.And my name is on my ID that I showed to them. And could have easily looked up.The service person claims that opening email takes a long time, instead hollered out my private email loud letter by letter back to me to confirm it.This agency is operating with Sevice mindset and people skills from 1980s, way behind the modern day standards, like many other online government services.

This was probably my first visit to Amer centre, Initially i thought of applying visa through an agent considering its a govt thing and its going to be complicated but trust me man once you enter the Amer centre its like a journey they will literally handheld you and help you in everything.Mentioning about their service, JIJINA on their whatsapp service was way too great. At one point i felt like they are more worries about visa processing then me. Their timely follow ups, documents required on next process, where can i go for stamping even the printouts they helped me.It was an wholesome experience.

I visited today ..Amer ibn battuta 1st then Al Quoz center ..big difference in customer service ..Ladies officers are very helpful ..I was blessed to meet a lady named Alyazale..I think she explained to me all the procedure and the fees..advices ..she is an example of the best employee..She served me with big smile..I would say best service not in dubai but in the world...with certitude..

If you are seeking visa services, this place is the most efficient and helpful place to get it! I called several agencies before stumbling upon this Amer center. They even called me back after they missed my call. Saumil knew the exact answers to ALL my questions as I was in an urgent situation, and helped me handle my visa within 24 hours, saved me a lot of time and money!

Quick service to get a visa. Reactive and good communication.More expensive than other visa providers.They take a deposit to be refunded when I leave the country, but they don’t accept to credit the card, we agreed on a bank transfer to my account, 2 weeks later nothing done. When I recontact them they do a Western Union transfer but:- I paid 1000AED by card, debited 233€ + card fee 7€ = 240€ for the deposit- I get back 184€ only because I had to pay Western Uniom fees and to bear the low Western union rateThis is not the concept of deposit!

Racists staff are working in the reception I asked for EID he have me 2 yrs and Im on 3Yrs Investor visa I asked for stamping he said you need to make insurance,,, to get his commission! if you are Arab dont go to this business center.
