Really really poor service. The team will act like they are helping you with useless follow up emails. But they wont help you to arrange the documents, if 1 document is missing they wont help you to resolve it nothing. They just take money and then do not help you anywhere. Have just contacted Aives in 2018 July and documentation took a long time my side . Today in Jan 2019 the skill assessment didnt turn out positive and the response is quite slow , however after continuous follow up we get to hear response. I would say Daniel & Azees are quite knowledgeable. Daniel puts in efforts to respond quickly. Im hoping that process would turn out smooth and a solution would be provided.

Unfortunately, this agency will call you when your payment is due and then disappear at the time of service. They will in no way keep you updated and when you will follow up, your case manager will be missing...then youll have to explain everything to some random person on phone who will again say we will get back to you and they will never get back. The vicious cycle will continue. Every time you call there will be a new random person on call. During paperwork also you will have to do your own research and arrange documents, as they will not guide you, resulting in back and forth...If you dont care about time and money then AIVES is your go-to agency!
