This team always asked for the money first after all the payments they never even reply to our calls or emails.Why did you get by cheating innocent people and taking innocent peoples money? If the visa doesnt come then refund the money back as per the policy. You all working in the migration gateways teams are the big frauds. You dont know the meaning of hard work to earn the money. You people have done Ph.D. To play with the peoples emotions. You all are sick.I will pray to God about your health and get well soon and refund the money back.

Very bad office management, they are not professional at all, once you pay money they simply disappear and not replying to your calls and emails easily, my case is over 7 years without genuine support, always asking for money first and i provide them but after they are gone.not recommending to anyone from my bad experience.Poor Service.
