Ameer center helpful for emirates id, visa renewal etc

I am really amazing with the staff especially Mr. Fahad and Mr. Ershad for their excellent service I inquire for visa extension and theyve done in a couple of hour and get approval in an hour...like what an amazing service. I salute to this Centre and having great staff..

Just make sure not to come after 5 or 6 PM, employees are sitting without calling any number from the queue. It’s normal to sit for 10-15 minutes while 4-5 counters are empty without anyone calls a number. Then you go the the guy who is sitting on the reception and he tells you it’s ok just wait.

Excellent service , and my deepest thanks especially to Miss Ludan 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏She is really a great, polite and a helpful person. She helped me a lot and made my job very easy and quick by guiding me perfectly as mine was a little different case. Must say a perfect person with perfect knowledge 👌.High recommended !!!!👌

The most UNPROFESSIONAL Amer setup I have come across in Dubai. As per the timings, its supposed to open at 8:00 am but there was no one at the reception desk until 9:20. On inquiring multiple times, one staff told me the immigration desk will open at 9:00 and the other staff said 10:00 pm. Finally when the reception staff arrives at 9:20 and I get a token, the lady at the immigration desk was very very rude when processing the application and was more bothered about informing other staff that she had arrived but forgot to swipe her ID card for attendance. There was a problem with my app but when inquiring what the issue is, she just refused to answer and said got to GDRFA and gave me a paper with some Arabic text. Very bad experience! Went to the Amer center 5 mins away on Umm Suqeim Street which was very professional and the staff were polite and got my visa app done with no issue. Avoid this place and drive to Amer center in Umm Seqeim.

The employees were nice and cooperative, but the system is super slow I took my token around 4:10 pm there were only 5 customers ahead, and I finished at 5:30!Even when I tried to scan the barcode for the online evaluation it mentioned that they have taken the page down, so even feedback cannot be heard.Their manager mentioned they are updating the system but this is a downgrading not an improvement.

This is one of the best Amer Services in UAE - Special Thanks to Ms. Ludan working their - she is extremely profession and helpful to her customers. Shen Understands customers queries and acknowledges them in an extremely efficient way.

I was quite concerned about my visa extension prior to my experience at this branch. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the centre. There was clean seating and appropriate social distancing measures.The options were very quickly explained. The process was very efficient. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I am sure that there are days and times when it is busier and the waits maybe longer but the staff are very efficient. I really recommend Fahad and Lunan. They were friendly and professional.

My experience is Amer Center Al Quoz Mall was a great great great experience. I visited this place for obtaining Tourist visa for my son and i must say i had a great experience there. The staff was very welcoming especially Mr. Fahad. Amer Center in Al Quoz mall took me by surprise with the cleanliness and the pleasant set up. The staff were very friendly and guided me very well by answering all my questions patiently. Would recommend them to anyone for visa and immigration services.

Processed my application in urgent category and after 3 days of wait I got a message from GDRFA that my application was incomplete and need to go to the typing center and give my sponsors visa scan copy again. Apparently whoever opened my file in Amer center did not attach visa scan copy :( now I have to wait 3,4 days more to get the approval.

They are so professional and helpful, they get my visa done over night highly recommended

I discovered the AMER center in Al Quoz mall by Google maps search for AMER service and by its good reviews, which were better than with any other AMER center, I decided to give it a chance. Even though the web page of the center cant be called state of the art (I can only speak for mobile version, though), I finally found a contact number for WhatsApp (my hearing is not the best, so I prefer writing). As I was looking for an extension of my tourist visa, this number was the wrong one - which I learned by the WhatsApp profile picture of the account. However, writing to the number stated there, to extend my tourist visa, provided me with a swift response. I was finally at the right place. My questions were all answered swiftly and accurate, the cost were given correctly, even the additional charges for credit card payment were all stated and covered everything, no hidden fees/extras/else. Unfortunately, I overstayed my visa already and was contacted the next day for payment of the overstay fine, which was then processed by a bank transfer - so no need to return to the mall. Relaxed business. I have visited amer center for a short term visa for my wife. I really liked the environment, the staff is so attentive and professional. I received my visa within two days but its subject to approval.Mr. Fahad and Mr. Asif guided me well and helped me a lot. They both have a pleasing personality and can guide you with all necessary details.I must say you should visit Amer center which is in Al Qouz Mall, you are going to second me on my review.

The guys in this centre genuinely know the processes and the requirements for various applications. Unlike the centre near in Jumeirah Plaza or the one near Oasis mall, here the team is welcoming, knowledgeable and quick. Highly recommend it! Definitely worth a few minutes extra driving to get things done properly.

Visited this amer center to renew my sons visa. The staff is very helpful and answered all my doubts nicely. Quick service....emirates id, visa, everything finished within 30 minutes. I missed one hard copy and the receptionist took the print for me. Highly recommend!!!

Worst service . No one picks the calls , so many times we called , once dey picked and gave whatsapp no to contact , if we send message they dont even reply on it. none of the calls are attended.

Visited this Amer Center for establishment card renewal and visa renewal. The staff is very helpful and attended to all my doubts clearly. Was able to finish the work without much delay. Including the receptionist, all staff has good knowledge of the system as well.

One stop place for all the visa work to be done quickly. The Mall has visa medical and emirates id too. Very conveniently located. Cancellation procedure was done very quick. Good service all in all.

I had something really urgent to finalize and visited the centre. Mr Fahad was extremely helpful and available to contact at any time and very responsive. Amer center in Al quoz mall, They are very cooperation and helping, There is one madam Miss ludan always helping to the customers,

Inefficient. Only a couple of employees have a clue on procedures. The others are more interested in checking their phones than anything else. Avoid this place. For any residency issues is far better going directly to Dubai Immigration offices.

Per google maps schedule it says open till 9:00 pm . I went there at 7:45pm to type visas and the reception talked to one Clark and she refused to type the application as her shift was over . I drove for 30 min and now have to leave without my work done .
