A wonderful place and great view of sunset and could see the city night lights.

Its very vacant now. Its cool. Its maintained there, but it feels a little old.

Its a good experience. They charge about 40dhs/hr for inhouse guest and around 65dhs/hr for outsiders.And if you need a support penguin its another 35dhs. Plus added charges for trainer about 15mins session.The staff is not organized though!

A good place if you want to go for ice skating or take your kids for one. I mostly found kids here than the young adults. They take 65 aed for per hour on weekends and extra charges for socks 🧦 so make sure you carry one. They provide you with shoes but instructor will not help you at all unless you pay for the session.

Had a good experience however I feel the place isnt well maintained. They ice should be leveled after each ice-skating session, but it wasnt.

Hyatt regency ice rink is ice rink situated in inside hyatt at ground floor front of entrance gate NBD Bank ATM. This is the best ice rink for the beginners because at morning and afternoon time there is no much crowd there. Its not much good than the ice rink in the dubaimall near burj kalifa. But even its a good ice rink. The hyatt ice rink is sorrounded by many shops. Its situated among centre of the mall.

It was quite a peaceful and at home experience Ive never had in years, very calm and at the same time entertaining place esp. the ice rink, Ive only one suggestion there is no new entertainments, restaurants in order to feel the gap but its👍👍👍

65 dhs for 2.5 hours is more than enough. I had fun.

Good place for kids not crowded

I go there to pray.. if disposable papers/plastics can be offered, it will make easier for every visitor to pray as well.. I cannot carry my praying mat everywhere I go

A good inexpensive ice rink for kids and youngsters. Not too crowded. Staff is really helpful. Great place for newbies to practise. Personal coaching of 15 mins per session available at 65 aed. The coaches do a good job. Penguin support for kids at 25 aed. Extra helmet at 15 aed. Do carry your own socks. Paid Parking at the back entrance of Hyatt Hotel but if using ice drink they stamp the ticket for free parking.

The ice was melted, literally melted, when i fell it felt like i took a shower. They said it was because of humidity as if me and my sister havent skated in 5 different rinks. Its very dangerous and no one else was there except us and the only reason we didnt break a bone was because we already know how to skate. The staff wasnt rude but they were confused i hope they fix it

It is one of the iconic place in Diera..but it is not allowed for bachelors to watch the ice skating (security will ask you to leave or just finish the business)

The staff are very friendly, helpful and nice. The ice rink is okay, the ice gets bad really quickly and the ice rink is very small, not much space. However, the place looks very nice and clean, so thats good. On the other hand, its impossible to skate when its crowded because unlike other ice rinks, due to its small size the ice could get so bad it feels like rocks, which damages your blades (It matters if you have your own skates) but when its empty or when theres nobody in the ice rink, its very nice to skate in!
