The staff are very friendly and guide you throughout and its an ultimate place to have quality entertainment. The rink is well equipped with beautiful lights which makes the ambiance of this place to an winter zone and also they have artificial snow falling to give u that vibes.

Very nice for kids as well as adults.If you have never done ice skating ever in your life still you can go as they provide support penguins/ snowman / seals( for very small babies to sit, while the parents can push them nd skate). They maintain all COVID protection protocols.

A lovely place for the kids and adults to hangout.After a long time my daughter tried her hands at skating. At the beginning she was little nervous as an then time passed she got the confidence as the staff were very friendly and boosted her up.The size of the ice rink is huge so makes it easier for all types of skaters to try their Hand at ice skating.Skaters do not have to worry about the equipments as they have enough of themThe rink is well maintained,staff n coaches are constantly on watch helping people ..Amazing view with artificial snow fall ..rink is cleaned after ever session..If you want your visit to be memorable one do collect the photos from the photographer who will be clicking the pictures of the skaters.A great way to escape from the heat of dubai 😊

Very smooth transaction. Pay up for the rides, wait till the next session starts. Collect the shoes/sock(if youre missing it) ski assist, and just hop on. There are marshals around to help the newbies. No complaints.

Good experience if you go early in the day (opening) before it’s crowded. It’s nice to skate inside the open air of the mall and the family had fun. As a hockey player the ice quality was surprisingly better than I expected. Check for discounts on the various UAE apps. Always something.

The Ice Rink within Dubai Mall is a great facility to have, as it can be used to learn how to skate, play Ice Hockey and at certain points of the year (Christmas for example) the space is used to house market stalls. There are plenty of tiered seats around the skating rink for onlookers to relax in.

This place is amazing for kids to gain confidence in Ice skating. I give it a 4 star as they could organise the crowd a little more better. It is a zoo inside during weekends and it is very scary when beginners skate with kids who are experts going fast.

The place is big enough for the kids to have fun and a family day out; perfect for the summer and hot temperatures.Public sessions 10 am are not busy and cheaper. Kids can learn with the penguin or dolphin ride on.Bring jackets and warm clothes, it is fun and well locate it in Dubai Mall.

An Olympic sized ice rink deep inside Dubai Mall. This is amazing, but there are so many more things to do in Dubai, that you will probably only do this, in case you stay for 1 week or so.Interesting to watch, anyway.Public skating sessions run in 1 ½ hour slots. Prices vary, but most days and hours they got 75 AED for adults, 40 AED for kids. Tickets online or at the booth.Surprising to see that many adults using a snowman skating aid, but why not, if it helps.

If you are tired from the whole day shopping, but your kids want to enjoy take the to dubai ice rink. Sit, relax and enjoy watching. Just bring jacket or something warm. You will feel cold after sometime. My kid loves this place.

I had a great time here, me and my wife chose 1 and half hour session which cost @100 aedAs we are experienced first time in the ice rink we also get the penguin aid for AED 45. IT was very nice to move around at the end of the session i moved without the aid but very slowly.. I would like to visit again and love to move freely, faster.. That will do in next time 🤩

My first time ever skating and first time here. I must admit it is very expensive for the time spent per person. I had to hire out a penguin which only comes in one size for adults and another for kids.The experience was okay. I had help from a family member who was teaching me how to skate. However, whilst skating I saw children throwing ice at each other (this happened more than once). I then physically saw one child dig his skates into the ice in order to break through the surface and gather ice so that he can throw at another child. Fairly dangerous if you ask me. Especially since there were other skaters holding onto the side (I told you I dont know how to skate:-p).Another one was two (almost teenage) kids going fairly fast into the barriers and nobody but other skaters coming to their aid. The kids werent bothered but even then someone other than the public should keep an eye out. Put more people on for safety. Maybe Im just saying because it was my first time but thats just my opinion.

Huge and beautiful ice rink with an artificial snowfall, just loved the ice skating there though it was my first time but i was able to do it no time so dont worry if its your first time, just go for it and enjoyy 90minutes of thrilling experienceI went on evening session it cost 110 aed, you can get the ticket of 85 aed also if you come before lunch.

Pretty happening place. Newbie or champion all can skate here. Well maintained and clean. Training facility also available. Help staffs keep walking inside the rink. Staff is supportive. Long waiting queue is a challenge. Only two people allowed in the spectators area per candidate is disappointing. But once you enter inside it is pleasant to stay. Washroom facility is also available and you dont have to exit.

Is a fun spot to go with friends. Can learn and practice skating. Friendly people and securities who help. Safe, and cleaning is done after every session

Nice but paying a big amount without safety equipment why!! If theres a safety available then it means that accidents could happen!! It mean the safety equipment should be with every ticket child or an adultIhad a bad experience there will never be again thereAlso the professional guys playing very dangerous and they are breaking the ice and making holes in it which caused me an accident Ill never forget i had to visit the doctor for my back

Even if you dont know how to skate penguins and snow men are here to help our little one to enjoy the experience and make it memorable.

Wonderfull plce for kida and as well for adults.ticket is expensive as 95 dhs and other accessories like helmet and penguin are not included onlh shoes included in ticket price.Other then it is very nice experience.

If ur first time and want to learn then pls take ice man if you more than 4 feet and penguin if ur smaller. No need of warm clothings as the place is not freezing cold.I felt staff olin ice rink itself should help learner or there should be a briefing for first time ppl. There is no one to tell you how to do ice skating.Over you can enjoy the experience.

Loved the skating experience, will absolutely visit again, though i would recommend arriving at the Rink 15-20 minutes before your session starts (maybe even earlier on fridays) as many more people are also waiting in line in peak hours

It was amazing. Just make sure to bring your kids their own Safety helmet, knee and elbow pads so you dont have to pay additional fee.

Took my 9 year old to the rink and had a fantastic time. Not cheap but fun. Make sure you know what time the different sessions start to get the most possible time. Masks were mandatory to be worn but it was absolutely fine. They kept you warm.

Area for wearing skaters is crowded.. skaters are not being properly sanitized after usage just a small quick spray insideI dont know but i did not feel real secured there as prevention procedures are not properly applied

Horrible skates shoes. Each time i skate there, my shins rubed to blood (( They have VIP shoes, but u have to add 45 AED to wear it. Why its VIP?? Skating means flexible and comfortable shoes. Dishonor to World Faimous place serve clients with such shameful equipment 👎👎👎

A very nice place for ice skating and one of the biggest Ice rinks it is. From children to elders all of them enjoy a lot of they love skating in ice.. Sometimes there will also be snow sessions where snow will fall from roof, although it was not felt like real snow atleast when we went.. But still the kids enjoyed a lot.

Lovely place. The rink is well maintained, and the staff and coaches are constantly on watch helping people. I went there with my 5 yr old who was on the rink for the first time. They had plenty of support things (not sure what theyre called - penguin and snowman shaped hand holds you can push around in the rink) available for rent. The skates and other equipment was clean and well cared for.Overall, we enjoyed the experience really well.

Masks are mandatory, the rink is cleant well after every slot, enjoyed to the fullest even in this covid time

Its Realy Amazing and Nice experience.Better to take all PPE(Helmet/angler/gloves/pads) from home if u have.There helmet rent is 15 Dh and Admission 110 for 90 minute. ( expensive).

Dubai Ice Rink is a great place to ice skate in the heart of Dubai. Conveniently located in Dubai Mall, you will have no issues to get there either by car or public transportation.I was surprised how convenient skates were (maybe I just was lucky). Also, there was a staff who helped people who are new to skating and explained to them the basics of how to skate. Such a nice gesture because it seemed to me that more than half of the visitors came to the rink for the first time.Sometimes it can be a bit crowded, and children become uncontrolled, but I have seen rinks where such things don’t happen.Dubai Ice Rink is an excellent spot to relax and enjoy especially for people who have been living in Dubai for a while and are constantly looking for places to chill (literally).

They have ushers in the rink to watch over at the Open session, friendly and approachable.They offer classes with international certification for adults and kids (3 and above) in groups and private.
