Employee was good.. Swipe machine was not working due to that we couldnt utilize our mashreq card coupon. There should be support team to help such outlet in difficult times.. Avoid outlet employee to have disputes with customers.

Nice outlet! They are selling a good array of ice cream cakes. I used entertainer and had 2 for 1 ice cream. Since I visited the place with my baby girl and we stayed a bit longer than the usual ice cream time, the staff were nice enough to bring her a Baskin Robbins inflatable ball which literally made her day - in no time she was all over the place. Prices are great! Recommended.

I love the ice cream and I always buy my ice cream from Baskin robins, but today I decided to visit this branch myself since it is close to my house.I asked the person who was serving me to put my hot fudge separately since I want to have ice cream at home and I don’t like my ice cream to melt but some other guy from stuff told me that he will charge me extra 10 dirham for providing me hot fudge separately.He was very rude and wanted to charge me extra for nothing.I suggest never visiting this branch, I know, I wont.
