It was worth going. One staff at the counter was very friendly and beautiful.

A place with a wide assortment of products, of which most are pocket-friendly products. They also have a section for fresh vegetables & meat. The main downside for me was that it was difficult to get a parking spot nearby.

This supermarket is located in main part of Karama, near ADCB Metro Station. Garments are cheap price with low quality. Too much crowd in the weekend. My daily shopping place and Im comfortable there. Service is average.

Always,I would like to buy this market but there were a staff , he do not know, how to treat with customer. he act like owner of market. he will give order to customer. he does not have intention to help customer. i feel very bad of his action.

City Mart in Al-Karama is a reclined in their services and this is why...I had an issue and wanted to see the manager or his deputy to resolve this since the customer representative there can’t comprehend my English while was plain English. They claim the manager would not want to see me because I am black and that’s the most racist that has ever been said to me during my stay in uae...a manager or deputy I suppose should be available on site on the floors as well to resolve such inconsistencies. I shop there regularly but after this incident I am not visiting there again!

Stay alert ⚠ on SKU Pricing for fruits of same variety while the fruits are being weighed b4 the billing. Weighing table guys dont know the various prices of the same fruit. Also price tag display is unclear to the consumers. Youll end up paying higher price for your fruits while the price is lower for thar particular variety. 🙏🏼

Its quite big super market with every thing availability. There is butchery, vegetables and bakery item as well its easy to accessible to metro station .

Very very very poor customer service.Pathetic service.Employees are indifferent when we ask them anything regarding the Also they dont seem to serve the customer well.Their customer service department is pathetic.Most of them dont speak English.I asked one of them the price of a body lotion.The staffer blindly told 33 AED.But when checked, it was only 16.75 AED.Also, I asked the cashier regarding the price of a packet of chocolate.Immediately his reply was that it would cost 10.95 AED.But I compelled h to scan and to my horror, the price was found to be 7.50 OR 7:95 AED.Their customer service is pathetic.The reason they dished out was the non updation of the prices.But whose mistake was it?

Staff (cashier) dont have proper training.. They r so rude..they dont know how to ask the customer for the payment procedure properly.. As the owner of the card they should ask the permission if they can top it. And besides if I want to top it I can do by myself so theres no physical impact tru card.One of the staff forcing me for top! Even I told that I dont want his still insisting in a very rude way.

You can almost get every day to day thing in here.. although the quality of some items are not very good but the cheap prices make it worthy of it.

I have never experienced this type of worst customer service. they kept empty bottle in cosmetic section and wrote do not open. when I report the issue to cosmetic manager .he was not ready to listen single word he said it cant b return in spite of I was saying I dont need money back or exchange u keep the product just listen my feedback.but he behaive very rudely. manager Name is Mohammad Ali. I wish they at least listen to the customer and make service best.I started shopping from another supermarket.
