Not only they gave us a great service, their price is really cheap.I monitored how they did their job and they did it in a professional way. I had very bad experience.First they took 10 days to give me a quote to replace 4 tiles in my balcony.Took then 5 days for an appointment. Then they show up without any prior notice or appointment.While doing the work there was always a day of dealy for each stage, one of the days that I had confimed appointment I had to leave my job earlier to be available, they did not show up.It was agreed to re-fit a blind, it was done on a thursday, there were 2 big holes on the wall and I was promised that it would be removed on saturday, then sunday and today I have not even get any response from them.I have no choice but to leave a 1 start review, maybe this is the only way fixito will contact me, or not because it does not seem that fixito responds to bad reviews or they do not take accountabilty when they made mistakes.

Please dont ever ever fall for their online ads. Theyre not the cheapest. Service is bad. Still have mildew smell after their their so called AC deep cleaning service. They offered to fix and forced me to adjust to their availability. I agreed to their timing and skipped work but they did not show up. They dont even bother updating you. Extremely disappointed. Dont waste your money and effort.

They came late at night and temporarily fixed my AC issue. Even gave me a portable AC for the night, in case the problem comes back again, as i was with kids. Next morning, they fixed the issue permanently.

This has been an awful and traumatising journey with Fixito - hired them to redo my bathroom and it started off well but then devolved, they havent finished as promised and everyday i get more lies and falsehoods about what the situation is and when they are going to finish.Now my only hope is that they will actually finish what is pending and leave me in peace.If you want a good professional service you can trust - these are not the guys !

For an average price you get an excellent service from FIXITO which is superb. We availed their service on 2-Jul-20 to clean 2 window AC units and to fix the leak, now it is leak free, entirely clean and we escaped the summer heat plus cleaning and disinfection, thanks to the Team and for their lead Sheharyar who made sure all are taken cared of according to our satisfaction

Forget about my money wasted. You cost me highly valuable time for nothing! My AC still smells. Dont spend on ads telling youre professional. Spend your money in learning how to be professional.
