Their registration requirements are more difficult than opening a bank account or buying a house..Very complicated process. uncooperative to say the least
If I have the option of no stars at all I would have, due to an extremely poor customer service. When I was moving out during the Pandemic period they have informed me that my deposit refund will take longer time than 20 days due to the situation.It has been three months since I have moved out, they stopped responding to my emails for over a month (although they its been a month since they went back to the offices) and over the phone they were extremely unhelpful. The last email they was over a month (as soon as they got back to the office , then heard nothing) I was informed my case is with the Fiance team its been over a month now with no updated or responses to my last three emails.If you are stuck with them, then the best of luck (I was in the New Golden Mile 3 by Nakheel so I had no choice) if you have a choice to go for someone else then I suggest you do so.
Very unsatisfactory experience while moving out from my apartment as Alshirawi insisted to wait for the bill cycle 20 days after my move out from the apartment which will oblige me to pay the full bill even after the lease is over. Calling the customer service wasn’t helpful as they didnt propose any option to complete my settlement and accordingly complete the apartment handover formalities. I experienced very bureaucratic system, poor follow up and poor customer service interaction.
