The WORST cleaning company I have dealt with. I unfortunately got a cleaner assigned from this company through the urban company app. Not only did she do a poor job at cleaning but she also damaged two things in my house, a mat and a table. The mat had cleaning liquid stains which she was aware of but hid from me. After the cleaner left the house, I noticed the mat was folded and kept in a corner. When I unfolded it, I saw multiple stains on it. The cleaner then admitted to be on whatsapp after I raised a complaint with urban company that she did damage my mat. After a lot of arguing with the company, they finally picked up the mat, cleaned it and returned it. Such an inconvenience and unnecessary hassle.Coming to the table. The cleaner scratched the table all over. As the table is expensive and fixing it will cost considerable money, she and the company refused to take responsibility for the damage. They came back with excuses as bad as my cat scratched the table! When the marks were clearly in a cleaning motion! The person who picked up the mat saw the scratches and agreed it was not done by a cat and looked like it was damaged when cleaning. Again after a lot of arguing they agreed to fix it. I asked them to provide details of the company they are using to fix the table and to find out the process. They came back with the company name - never even heard of it and I couldnt even find a single review of this company. They found a random company which cost less than half that a legitimate company I found on my own was charging. One can only imagine the service this company would provide. I asked for the fixing process this random company would be using to compare it with the company I found. They then go silent despite following up with them multiple times.I have had such a frustrating experience communicating and dealing with them after they damaged my property and they offer no solutions or cheap solutions! Terrible customer service as the front office staff have issues with clear communication.The manager of the company did not approach me once to offer any solutions and let his/her staff who have no decision making power or ability to handle my matter.This has been my harrowing experience with this company!
