I have been working with the same lady for nine months. She is cleaning same quality she did on the first day. Quick cleaner, quick learner, aware of hygiene which is really important.

I have used their services 3 times in past days. There team was worst twice. They were not even able to clean the house properly. My bathroom floor was full of water even after 3 hours of the cleaning was completed. After I made complaint to them and there were false excuses by the urban company. There are many good other options available in the market. Be careful before taking any services.

Our cleaner (Jo) is absolutely amazing. I have been let down by the office several times, their communication and customer service needs a lot of improvement but I stay with this company because of our cleaner. Always does a fantastic job cleaning our villa is always so friendly and polite. We couldn’t imagine hiring anyone else.

Fantastic service every time! Superb attention to details. I like that I am able to request to have the same person coming each week to develop routine and trust with her. I always recommend this company and love my lady!

Contacted Urban Cleaning company and arranged a deep cleaning service which they contracted to another company ORO PINOY. One hour before they where supposed to come to the Apt for cleaning they remembered that some of their team do not yet have a negative per test available. It took me great effort to arrange security clearance for them and all Urban Cleaning had to say is they will Try and maybe words which are honey in the ears of any customer!Nothing was done by them and Oro Pinoy did not even answer the phone when I tried to call them.So much for professional services from Urban Cleaning!Extremely disappointed and not worth

It’s really good Compagny I really recommend 😊 I call on the same day and they send me two amazing cleaners you don’t have to teach or tel anything they finished their cleaning before time with an excellent quality the house was so nice 👍 and I liked Humbly So much she vacuum everything here and did an amazing job really from her heart ❤️ I’ll definitely use their services again an again thank you 😊

I have been getting my apartment cleaned with either Aji or Joy every week and they are very professional and quick learners as to how I like things done around my place. Would definitely recommend them !

This app is a PLATEFORME for found a company like cleaning, barber and many other services.So when you choose a service that’s you and your chance to be with a good company for the service you requested or worth one. My experience was good i had a good company for cleaning but when i was looking for more information i didn’t found any phone number for call urban housekeeping. That’s the only negative point.

I use Urban Housekeeping every week and Im very pleased with their service. Jeremae, one of their housekeepers, is diligent, cheerful and incredibly good at her job. My house is always spotless when shes done. Great job, guys!

I comunicate through whatsapp with a very well mannered representative . His name is Eden.Not all Helpers are professionals although there are some good who might need little instruction. Otherwise helpers are very polite and follow instructions .Price is very reasonable. I recommend this company

Urban Housekeeping bounced the first appointment as they missed out to book it in their system. I left early from office and cancelled meetings just to wait for nobody to come to my home despite having it clearly agreed after long communication. If you value your time, please go with another company.

Booked cleaning service 2 days in advance for 2 maids each 4 hours.The schedule supposingly is at 1:30pm and the app was showing that the ladies are on the way.After calling several times to check about the delay the response came after 2 hours that unfortunatly the company that was supposed to come they canceled.Poor customer service, poor follow up and I dont recommend it at all it is a waste of time.Even 1 star is too much for u guys 👎

Very poor service. 2 cleaners for 2 hours each and could only clean 2 bathrooms and living room not even property. I was left to clean the 2 bedrooms and studyEven the bathrooms were not cleaned nicely. The shower glass was still blurry and the girl spend 2 hours cleaning only the bathrooms! Not at all recommendedNever again and they were more expensive than other companies. A waste of money and time as you have to be constantly behind them

I was cleaning at the same time with her and stil she wasnt doing good and didnt finish small studio in 2.5 hours . And after she e left i cleaned most of the places bcos it was all stain on it. She used same material on all surfaces thu i provided many different one... It was a double duty for me. She was 50 min late bcos of the driver.

Super bad service the driver scratch my car and while i called the operation manager she is telling me your problem call police not us cz nothing we can do !!!! The driver shouting at me and telling me i will record ur conversation while here in dubai is illigal to record. I requested to sort the iasue internal and they neglate. Very bad sercice for custoners in gemeral ! Very very very unprofessional amd their level of english is difficult to undertsms ! Imagine what they will fo in your house !dont take this service ever ...The operation manager is like you call no one cz she wont helpasssist ...she will just give lessons of life un dubai ...incredible
