Been using the service quite some time and its been wonderful!!They can adjust my schedule if I need some changes just like a snap without any hassle. I tried few maids from them and all do a great job! Everyone are well trained and disciplined.I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Twice I requested a Maid service from Marvel Maids. The first time no one showed up and no apologized for not showing up. When I called it seems my request was never even entered into the system. The second time again no one showed up. When I called yet again there was an issue about not having my number even though they asked for my number twice.Anyhow they said they could send 1 person (after calling me back 15mins later) for 4 hours instead of the 2 for 2 hours as Id wanted. Meaning Ill basically have to take the say off now to stay at home while the service is being done. I agreed because I needed some work done around the house, even though I really shouldve said no because Im quite livid at the way my time is not being respected.Lets hope the helper service makes up for the unprofessional and disorganised composition of their coordinators:) will be updating this review later. I wish I had read some of these reviews before.

Booked for the first time based on a recommendation from someone that lived in the area and after speaking to the receptionist Shabnam for quite some time when booking on what I required, no one pitched up! What was worse was there was no recollection of my booking and they didn’t even have my phone number in the system! What a disappointment!

We asked for 2 cleaning ladies so that they would be faster.. they were incredibly slow, and we were not satisfied with the cleaning after a few hours. Well never use them again.

One of the worst cleaning companies ever..The manager Naddi is so bad and unrespectable and the secretaies also bad like her.. two of the maids had stolen me.. one stole money and the other stole a cooking pot and when we called them to tell we will tell the police abt all this they reply unrespectley to do so, they dont even care if we call the police or not. they ask for extra money and i found out later that the office secretary share the extra money with the manager Naddi.So baaaaaad

Once I ordered services of that company and that was my huge mistake. So, it was philipinian girl Careen, she couldnt do pirfect cleaning. When I remarked about her improper work, she started badly arguing with me and even yelled at me. I have a very negative impression about this company. So, if you hired this company for pirfect cleaning of your apartment, you might get a stress, headache and lose your nerves instead of getting professional cleaning services.

Poor really poor, nobody takes care.Never use their services, you can never talk to the manager, if the receptionist is unsatisfied she just hang up on you !!! Nice job… very professional indeed.So WARNING avoid this company !!!!
