Only gave 1 star as there was no option to skip the star rating. I booked two cleaners to come to my apartment and I was told they would do a deep clean. During the time they were cleaning no furniture was moved to clean behind or under baring in mind this was supposed to be a deep clean. Bathroom floor wasn’t moped and toilet not cleaned properly. Still fluff and hair under the bed and when we spoke to the lady about it her reply was I didn’t do this room it was the other lady The ladies came 1 hour and 10 minutes late. Not a Good experience at all.
