Its not my first time that I face a problem with their services. I never complained before because I genuinely didnt want any lady to lose her job.Yesterday I had a lady come to clean my house, and in less than 5 mnts she broke a glass that is dear to my heart. I spoke to the management, they said they will compensate. Ok fair enough.2 hours later, when she left. I enter my bathroom, I see that she also broke a pipe that is dripping water all over the place. I sent the management a video as a proof, they said that the lady claimed that it was already broken before she came.I left the house to run to work, I came back few hours later to see my bathroom drowned in water. I sent them another video to show them the damage, the next day someone calls me from their company, 0 listening skills, 0 problem solving skills, I felt like I was talking to a robot.He said he will send someone to my place before 6 pm (the call was at 12 pm), I asked for a specific time; he said maybe between 4 to 6. I was very clear that I cant just sit at home and wait, I need a specific time. He hung up on me and never replied to my messages again.Thank you Daily Help for your unprofessional way of handling situations like this. Thank you for laughing at my problem that your cleaning lady caused in the first place and thank you for not taking it seriously.You had a chance to fix this but instead you hung up on an angry client.Shame on you.

If i could give zero star I would but there is no option. I have never seen unprofessional service like this before and they claim to be professional. I ordered their service for 4 hours and nothing seemed to be clean.The bathroom was filled with water after they cleaned they didnt even bother to dry it anyone could have slipped and I have kids at home. She didnt even bother to remove the dirty dust bin.The kitchen was very dirty also she didnt clean the stove nor the fridge nor the sink she only cleaned the floor.The bedroom was not even cleaned all what she did is fix the bed that is it.The living room was only vacuumed and floor cleaned but dust was not cleaned on the tables nor the stands.My house is only 2 bedrooms and extremely small and I booked for 4 hours but nothing was clean.When I called to complain they told me they will send someone to check and clean all the dirty spots. The next day they only sent someone for 30 minutes and still the bathroom was all went again. She kept the cleaning detergents on the floor in the middle of living room and the vacuum in the living room. She also kept the wet towel on the bed !!! Imagine !!! So professional I can say!!!Thank you Daily Help Celaning Service for a waste of time and money !!! Never again !!!NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!!NEVER AGAINNNNNN

If there was a star below this I would probably give that.Most pathetic and unprofessional company. Initially I booked them through the daily mop app.They then reached out to me asking me to do a contract with them directly. It has been the biggest mistake we did. Their cleaners are never ever on time. They will send you a message to confirm the booking and on the day of your service will ask if the maid can come 1.5 hours late. This is their habit.We even reached out to the owner to complain, he is arrogant, rude. He doesn’t care if his clients stay or leave. Never take their services.

This company is a no go area,I booked A cleaner she came in,she couldn’t clean well and Dispose my cooked food I reserved for quarantine without my knowledge and didn’t clean the refrigerator.I messaged the company they said she didn’t do it and the pack is clean(I stay alone)Now tell me who washed the package of disposing the food? They are not professional

I addition to low quality cleaning, they did not return my change till now despite chasing after them for months, it is my fault that I trusted them and said I will take my money change later as maid did not have enough money that timeSo bad experience
