We were close to Oud Metha area and were looking for a place to sit, have tea, sheesha, and maybe to have some wraps for a bite. I opened google maps and typed sheesha place in a search bar and The Sheesha Factory Cafe popped out. Agreed to go there and give a try.- At the entrance one of the staff greeted us and asked a table for how many people are we looking for, and if we are watching a football. We just needed for two and it did not matter for us if its near tv or not.- Liked the ipad menus , we chose what we wanted and called the waiter, he took the ipad with our order. And it was not long till we received everything- Staff was quick , when the waiter was passing by , was taking everything from the table when we finish the food , drink , etcExcellent job to staff of The Sheesha Factory Cafe - for the detailed !! quick !! and passionate !! service which you provided. This place is so packed and if you’ve been here, you’d know why!! It’s a huge place with ample seating (enough distance between each table)We came here for sheesha and absolutely loved the place. We tried the Springwater, Kachi Kairy and Lemon Mint sheesha and it was amazing. Very smooth and it lasted close to two hours. We got the Affogato as well but it was okay. Nothing too great.Great service as well.

The Shisha factory Cafe is not just a regular Shisha Cafe the furniture and fixtures are neatly set out and the server there are courteous and always on their feet to serve you they have sports matches going on with some music in background so you can smoke replay give and laugh with your love ones but I was invited there for testing session by one of my best friend and I love my time there I really like the Shisha flavoursHighly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Venturing into Oud Mehta a few month ago this place called @tsfuae The Sheesha Factory by the owners of @royalsmokinuae (Shisha Flavours) one of the best places in this area & a really good shisha!They have started serving food now & lots of beverages to choose from I love passion fruit Mojito! U can also order a takeaway and get it delivered there so no need to budge or leave your shisha for that which is really good.Alloo Tikki Chaat: this is by far the best twist on a Chaat I have had! Absolutely scrumptious!! Chana bed topped with onions n garnishes again topped with scrumptious flavourful Alloo Tikki! My mouths watering again 🙈

Two visits with friend at TSF , both time enjoyed awesome food , Awesome Mocktails . Different flavors of sheesha . Nice ambiance . Service is praise worthy , Mr Nadeem is always around tables with walki talkie in hand to make sure everyone gets food on time and he gives a personal touch to the customers .Today for my guests at home I called them up to order dinner , They asked me what would you like to eat, I replied send me what ever you want me to eat , and trust me it was superb food , super awesome . 2 big trays of baby lamb leg with barbecue chicken and egg toppings with vegetables on biryani rice . You guys made my day special today

Extremely dissapponting behaviour by the floor manager Izna.I have been coming to TSF for over a year now and have been here regularly , i am a big fan of the food and the overall ambience and hospitality i have always received at this place , however today was a very different experience.I walked in at 5.30 in the evening at sat at my usual place where i have been sitting several times (on the sofa’s) and the lady izna walked up to me and said that the sofa’s have a minimum soend of AED 300 and i was a little surprised as this wasnt the case ever , i questioned her why is there a minimum spend now , she said its a management decision and the sofa’s are the for VIP people and jockingly i told her how do you know i am not VIP and she was very sarcastic in her reply stating than pay aed 300 which is the minimum spend which i found extremely rude and disrespectful.I wanted to walk off that very moment but had already invited a few of my friends to join and hence i still sat there this time.TSF has lost a loyal client today and will ensure this behaviour i received today will be heard by others too.Wishing the very best to TSF !! You need to get rid of these rules if you want to survive in this client friendly world where client is at the epitome of any hospitality business

To be honest I dont smoke sheesha but I guess for the first time ever in my life I loved sheesha somewhere and that place is none other than Sheesha Factory.I was just checking google reviews coz my wife wanted to smoke sheesha and found out this place.The moment I entered, the ambiance, staff and their set up just got me. It’s a fantastic place to smoke sheesha have some drinks or ever you could go out there with friends and cards or watch your sports game.A huge set up and sitting area. Everything was superb. Very economical prices. Loved the whole experience 👏🏻

I was very disappointed with the service offered yesterday as I had recommended a friend to come along and it was really upsetting.We had to wait for like 15 mins to actually someone come and ask for orders. We were calling the waiters but they are not very attentive. Later a staff named Yahya came and took our order which was after waiting for 20 mins. We then gave our first order to start with pav bhaji and pani puri (gol gappa) with shisha and then main course which included roti, butter chicken, juices and soft drinks.And to our surprise the waiter comes with all these orders in one go and he did not had a proper place to place them as the table was too small. We then had to call the manager who was a lady (dont remember her name), she apologized and gave us a different seating.After we moved to the cabin like seating, the shisha smoke stopped working properly. We literally had to ring that bell to attend us, but it was of no use. After continuous complaints they changed the shisha for us.We loved the food but the way the service was provided and the staffs not being attentive was not expected as I have been visiting this place quite often.Hope you guys work on these things to retain your regular customers.

I rarely review sheesha places but this one deserves a shout out. Variety and quality. But most of all their interiors are beautifully done and doesnt suffocate you. Clean and sanitized to reassure our covid19 trauma.AND if you are still crazy about dalgona coffee and dont want to make it at home... well this quarantine trend has made it onto their menu.

The flavour simply refuses to die even after 3 hours. I have tried all their house mixes my Fav is Tangy Tiramisu its like Im eating cake. Value for Money truly.You can order food from outside and the staff happily lets you use their cutlery and space.You might want to go there with some time in hand because its 24 hours!!!!!

Sheesha Factory Cafe is an extremely Enormous Lounge Cafe. Not being a Sheesha person should not put anyone down as the Food served here is Equally excellent by presentations, flavors and spice ness. The cuisines here is Intercontinental. The beverages or the mock tails and smoothies are top notch. Had tried the Tom Yum Soup seafood and the First Impression was set right. Highly recommend to try the Passion Fruit Prawns, Cheesy SHAMMIL Kebabs, Haryali chicken and the Butter Chicken. Passion Fruit had the highest spicy level and we loved it. Hariyali Chicken had the creamiest tenderness. Cheesy SHAMMIL Kebabs is very good mouth watering softness appetizer. Butter Chicken had all the authentic flavors and a traditional touch along with the Naans
