The place is absolutely amazing. Its so relaxed and easy going. Its great for evening out where you can sit and have a great chat with friends or family. The food is amazing and the surrounding is absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend this place. Shisha Hotspot.

Really amazing place, the atmosphere inside is so cozy and fancy. Nice shisha, good menu, big screens to watch any sports events. You can enjoy time with your friends playing billiards. This place has its own character and style. Their decor is amazing, and I like how they arranged the space. There are outside seatings (which are still covered from the street, so there is privacy), a big hall inside with varieties of sofas, chairs, next to the screens/ further away from them, for big company/for couples. And there is inside balcony with few tables which I found the most comfortable option.We didnt face any issues with service, all was ok. Blueberry-mint shisha was super cool, lasted for a long time.One thing I paid attention to was sofas and chairs covers. Some of them were stained, some with holes from cigarettes. That was giving a bad impression.

I am a customer since long time keep on visiting .the many staffs keeps on changing and the service gets to change . staffs are really rude no polite people I see other than the security. even the quality of shisha has changed entirely its being the worst. please try to improve same like the old times. as i had a very very embarrassing and bad experience in the café .

The place is nice but the staff are soooo rude i was talking to one of them suddelly went and answer his fone with no respect the flavour for d shisha goes sooooo fast and they keep doubping the prices for nothing the shisha used to cost 40 now is more than 75dh and no parking available management needs to take further action against the staff especially the seniors there .

My girl friend and I went on a Tuesday night and theyre werent many people. I ordered Hawaiian pizza, grape mint shisha and some drinks. Quite expensive and they dont take any discount cards at all. I paid about 200+ for 2 people. Its a nice place to relax but I think the place is over decorated and theres not really one theme going on. Maybe come to have 1 shisha and thats it and you pay about 70aed. The staff are okay but youll need to get up and call them for service, at least during this experience.

The shisha isnt bad but everything else is too messy. The tables are all dirty, you can barely find someone to take your order, plus everything is next to each other, you can barely move lol

HelloFor starters, the place has a beautiful atmosphere, and is close to the rest of the areas such as Sharjah, and even preparing the shisha from the staff is fairly good. But like customer service zero out of 10 - long waiting for orders under the pretext that the place is crowded. A totally inappropriate deal by the branch manager (Munther) in the manner that he differentiates in dealing between people from one person to another and lack of interest in waiting for customers.The café does not offer table reservations, nor even orders for free, so it is unreasonable to not take into account the satisfaction and comfort of the customers.It is appropriate to take the complaint into consideration, because the treatment and style reflects the image of the place and the Emirate of Dubai, thank you

Nice cafe in design and also feel comfortable because of the height of the glass dome, so it does not make you feel that you are in a closed place unlike some of the misty cafes.
