Same as other customer’s review. The WiFi is really good but the service is the worst. How?The waiter is shouting to us because he says it’s very annoying that I changed my order..I ordered one ginger tea and I want to change to green tea (with in 1 min time).And at the end he insist to charge us 2 drinks amount....Which is 10.5 aed per drink.Today it’s really not about the amount but the attitude is UNBELIEVABLE, speaking loud and rude and speaking with arms in the air waving.I am also a restaurant owner, I really understand about reviews is important so I never gave any one star to any restaurant in my life before.But their service really doesn’t deserve any star....Of course not to all the staffs but the one who is serving us really shouldn’t be in the service area...Like ... really should work in the kitchen or back office...

I visited the place because it looked different from the other cafes around it but was disappointed when the shisha i ordered arrived. It was the worst i have ever had and Ive been to literally 50 cafes. I ordered the blueberry but i dont think he put any flavour in it i was getting steam only and that too was burnt so i enquired about it from the waiter to which he said maybe you have never had Shisha before thats why you dont know how it tastes. To that i just threw the money at the waiters face and left. The waiters there dont even know what the meaning of customer service is. I dont even want to give them 1 star but i cannot go lower than 1. The lighting is very low cant even see the smoke and they keep doors open so i cannot even make smoke rings. Its a waste of time. If youre Arabic or white maybe they will treat you better but if youre not they will treat you like trash.

For my experience please do not visit this place... service is disgusting...Let me explain you..,My self and my cousin brother went to have a shesha... its little expensive compare to other place... still its ok its not a big difference..They just replace the charcoal only they have no idea how to clean the shesha head.*and if you still wanna visit the place*Please pay the bill at last, if you pay earlier they will not replace the charcoal...This is my experience i shareI dont know about others

As we enter the cafe it looks nice interior is very good we are 3 person orders 1 sheesha.and waiter (bengali guy)said u r 3 and only 1 sheesha ??so what we do if one of us doesnt smoke.he said you have to order more i dont understand what kind of gesture and service that was anyhow we ordered few things to eat and when we done our bill was 67 aed and amazingly they dont accept card even its debit card, we paid cash 70 aed and waiter never returned with change which was not a big deal,though sheesha is good,omlette is very nice but very pathetic gesture with customer, i will never go again this place

The cafe up is so nice but need improvement. The shisha is very expensive rate comparitive its not special and no ice, i didnt like the shisha. The music is awesome. The environment is nice but its so dark i suggest to make adjustable light deam for every table. The net speed is not good.
