Marisol was very helpful in getting my order quickly as I was on a tight schedule. Food was tasty. Spiced lamb chops the avocado juice and kinder dessert were delicious.

It was good experience, the shisha and food is good and the atmosphere is nice, good thing they have closed area outside.I didnt like the Turkish coffee taste it wasnt that good, and if you are not a smoking fan its not your favourite place because there would be too much smoke there and less ventilation.

Im coming to al falak restauranr for the last 2 years, as its in same building where i work, the staff are very friendly and very nice.But for the last 3 times i order my lunch and i ask for drink and they forget to bring me drink and i ask again, today i waited more then 12min for the drink which is a simple pepsi, i had to go and ask for it again from the counter in the end she dropped the pepsi in the table without glass without a smile and with a sharp look.Last time i ordered a 7up and i wait 26min and i asked 3 times, when they braught me the drink i already lost appetite for it and didnt want to drink it.Today i had lamb skewers it came with cold fries seems the french fries was cooked 3 days before and warmed only in microwave before it came, lamb skewers were cold.As im a regular client here i dont know why this happening as i never been rude to any of the staff.Please guys improve ur services.

The place is gem. The staffs are really friendly and accommodating. They took time to explain the menu and their promotion. Which is a good initiative. Promotions and deals are up to win win pocket savings and giving u an extravagant food taste. Servings are huge. I love love the staff named khalid.

Cute place to go with nice staff. They allow smoking inside which was a huge NO for us. They play live music though which was nice. The drinks were great, but the food was terrible. All in all a good place to go for come coffee or smoothies and listen to some music.

Hilarious things happened here with us and service is very slow. We had gone on offer but when Bill came they charged us price as per menu and also food and here is not worth at all and very expensive for no reason and when Bill came thry added extra shisha price and when we asked we are onky 5 then u have added 2 extra then she went to manager and came after 25min or late with funny answer from waitress sorry it was by mistake actually 2 people from other table did not pay and they left so by mistake we added in ur bill.Shisha was not good this time and we strongly not gonna visit them at all because of their service

First time here after recommendation. Nice, relaxing ambience and freshly prepared, delicious food served by wonderfully friendly, helpful staff especially to khalid thanks a lot. The table cleaning was second to none and the relaxed atmosphere and not overcrowded even though it was full all night. Will definitely recommend and come again. Thank you!

The Friday live band amazing and the whole atmosphere is fun. Not very expensive considering the location and the figured out air circulation in away that no matter how many ppl are smoking shisha the cafe wont get cloudy and annoying which is very nice.

Quite place with amazing interior. Nice food and shesha with some varieties. The food was late but they apologised by a complementary fruit plater. They also organise arabic events on weekends.

Came here for a meeting when a waiter spilled juice over my laptop and over my clothes. This damaged my laptop and the waiters laughed at this incident Ive been chasing the owner to compensate for the damage for 2 months and his response always is call later and eventually stopped answering.Dont go to this place as they do not value their own customers!

The place has all the combinations for disaster. Increasingly loud music that you cannot talk to people. Not even the waiters can hear you. So they bring wrong orders and things we did not order. The taste of the food is horrible and food was cold. Not even the presentation. I suggest you avoid this place. There are nicer places in front of the water just 5 mins away.

Service is very bad. One of the staff is very arragant. I have specifically requested for veg pasta and they served me with chicken. The waitress gave me a silly reason that chef asked her to serve and she did it and so she is not responsible. Totally disappointed. Its a minimum courtesy to respect customers faith. The least one could expect is an apology.
