I called for a pcr test Elat 6:30 in the morning. Sweity Patel answered the call. She was very professional and help me with my request. At the time of the test we were not at our location but she was gracious enough to ask the nurse to wait for us. Although we felt bad about the delay and asked to pay extra she refused and said it is our job. Our result came much earlier than expected. PCR test booked for travel. Website was easy to navigate and I found the information I needed very easily. I spoke to the lady who organised appointments and she was friendly and efficient. Appointment was arranged through email, phone and WhatsApp. Communication and email reminders before the appointment was very good. On the day the Nurse came to our hotel to do the test. The test was very quick and painless. All information needed for travel is confirmed on the day. We received the results back within 5 hours via text and email. I have been using the home physio services of Mr. Muzamil to aid in my recovery of a fractured fibula. He is excellent in the way he plans the sessions and takes a caring and professional approach to his work. His skills have really helped me to build up the strength in my leg muscles after 3 weeks in a cast and 4 weeks in a boot. As well has the physio exercises, he also has various equipment, like Ultrasound and Deep heat machines, to treat the injury, as required. He also ensures to leave each session with advise on exercises for you to do each day, ahead of the next session, which has really helped my recovery.

Very bad management. No credibility. Do not deal with their clients in an honest way. Do not put their clients and their health as their priority especially during such times of a world pandemic. I have terminated my contract with them after I realized they do not follow the recent precautionary recommendations during such difficult times of a viral pandemic. I was worried about the safety of my own family and decided to no longer take their services.

Vital Zone has very bad services of nurses and caregivers. They are so spoilt. One nurse will report on duty whenever she wants without informing another nurse gets sick all of a sudden and another one gets home sick in just few weeks of starting duty and the worse is the management which is very difficult to get hold of incase of emergency . I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
