My father fell and suffered a pelvic fracture. No cast could provide him succor and he had an excruciatingly painful 2 weeks bed ridden. Inappropriate attitude for a customer whos inquiring so I decided to hang up on her - not pleasant at all. Glad Ive found another health care company which value their customers and very polite. The team has been exceptionally good dealing with my fathers condition. They were extremely attentive and accomodating which resulted in a very good recovery.
