UPDATE: the clinic manager has reached out to me, I have since met with her and been informed that the Dye VL applicator for the Alma Harmony machine that works most efficiently on pigmentation (results in one session) is only in their training centre and not used for clients (this is perplexing to me!). The applicators they actually use are much less efficient on pigmentation and as such you will require 5-6 sessions to see any kind of results. They have offered to use the Dye VL on me in a training session to resolve my complaint.Overall the complaint was handled well, it was acknowledged that my experience wasn’t satisfactory. If you’re booking AFT for capillaries/pigmentation etc at any aestheticians ask them what machine and what device they will use beforehand, it CAN be done in one session with the right hand piece but they’ll have you paying for 6 sessions if they use a less effective one!Very disappointing experience:Booked in for AFT photo facial to treat pigmentation that they advertise on their website. I was treated by a beauty therapist who tried to make me have a chemical peel instead. I emphasised to her that I specifically booked the AFT for pigmentation, she then used the wrong applicator with the Alma Harmony machine as well as the wrong technique resulting in absolutely no improvement to my stated concerns.When I got home I checked the Alma Harmony machine website and discovered the therapist had used a skin-tightening applicator and not the one for pigmentation. The therapist also used a sweeping motion instead of ‘place and hold’ and constantly focused on my upper lip where I have no capillaries/pigmentation at all.If you book here make sure YOU know how they should perform whatever procedure you choose and that they have the correct equipment to start with. I contacted the clinic via email to express my concerns, update above.

Got burnt during a laser session because the person doing it was not trained to do laser (shes a medical doctor).They offered me to come in so they could take a look at the affected area however I went to a real dermatologist instead, its been months and my burns havent healed. I do not personally recommend this place.

Since last few months ive been going to Dermalase Al wasl branch. The staff is very helpful. Loved Dr Fiona. Shes the best dermat in Dubai I feel. They have wide strange of aesthetic and wellness services.

The new branch, They are wonderful and so accommodating!! I love this clinic! All the Estheticians working here are very professional and qualified. They studied my skin step by step and did the clearlift treatment. Virtually painless laser skin resurfacing, without the long, post-treatment down time associated with other skin resurfacing treatments. I recommend this place to whoever has skin problems and wants a glowing and cleaned face. 5 stars!
