This is one of the elite level clinics in Dubai. Very professional staff and the clinic is 5 star rated clinic really! Very clean, great comfy atmosphere right from the entrance, to the reception area, and the doctor room. They have this amazing scent in the atmosphere making you feel you are in a 5 star hotel not a clinic!Best of all is Doctor Nasr, he always answered my calls and is very friendly and unlike other doctors who I have spoken to regarding certain concerns, he made me feel comfortable and answered all my doubts in a quick and proficient manner!They also made it very simple and easy to claim whatever I paid from my insurance as they sent me a completely filled out insurance claim form so all I had to do is submit that form to my insurance company! Top notch service!

All I can say is wow! When I learnt the Jumeriah branch was situated on the grounds of the Al Qasr hotel my expectations were high but I’m happy to say that they have been met, even exceeded. The clinic is easy to find and has ample parking situated just outside which I really appreciated especially in this heat! Entering the clinic, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming and even offered me an iced tea whilst I waited for my appointment!I had booked to see Dr Nas regarding some gut issues that I have been experiencing recently. I found him to be very understanding and he listened to my concerns, he recommended the tests I should take to find the root cause of my issues. Which I have subsequently taken.I never write reviews but after my experience I really wanted to share. Amazing location, the clinic itself is beautiful.100% can recommend DNA.

If you are planning to take the food intolerance test, I advise you to skip paying the additional fee for the Dr. consultancy after as it is pretty basic and doesnt really offer anything different to what you can see yourself on the report. Unless of course you plan to pay more for a specific health program with the clinic going forward. Overall my experience was good and the report covers a lot of good types which is great.

Its an excellent clinic. Michelle, is such a great therapist for coolsculpting. She explained very well the entire process during my consultation and during the treatment again she explained step by step what to expect during and after the treatment. So was very gentle and tried her very best to easy my nervousness and kept checking on me during the treatment. After the treatment she messaged me after a few days to check how I am doing and if there were any issues or concerns. All went well, I have seeing some improvements after about 2 weeks. All in all Michelle gave me an excellent service and did a fab job.

Michelle, the therapist who treated me is very knowledgeable, calm, gentle and advised me with 100% accuracy what treatment would suit me, and I was convinced to go ahead with the treatment. Explained in detail whillst the procedure was being done, what the next step would be. A great bedside manner. Has an excellent rapport with her clients. Would definitely recommend the facility and Michelle.The only drawback I faced was the delay in my appointment not being advised to me, until I walked up and inquired from the Receptionist. No apology was made for such delay. Perhaps a bit more courtesy in this regard would have been appreciated.For me, first impressions count a lot.

They follow up and give recommendations every step of the way.I went to the health center not knowing much about the different treatments just saw an ad on mesotheraphy which will reduce my scaring and acne. After a proper consultation we decided the best option to get a lasting affect for my condition will be PRP treatment(plasma treatment).Karmen is brilliant I think it is almost a year that now that I have a monthly session she explains step by step and she is prepared to walk the journey with you. Dr Ahsan is a True Artist and a Magician with his hands. I met my friend after 3 months from Canada and she was “Shocked” and happy to see me- she didn’t recognize me because I looked younger and “fresher” and wanted to know if I had any operations. I went to the Jumeira branch and did my food intolerance test. All i can is that I had a really nice experience. From booking through whatsapp, they are so fast in replying and when I came in the reception, the frontdesk agent welcomed me and was very accomodating (even offered me something to drink). I forgot her name but she was very tall. Also, the clinic itself was very neat and relaxing, the nurse who handled me was very nice. Very luxurious and professional clinic with highly qualified staff!Dr Nas brought a miracle into our lives!We brought our 3 year old son with a speech delay for a consultation and after running various tests he was put on a personalised diet and different vitamins and supplements to treat his deficiencies and improve his gut health.It has now been 4 months since strictly following Dr Nass instructions and the result are beyond miraculous. Great experience at this Health Center.After weight training almost everyday, sometimes twice a day, the body get highly fatigued and recovery is not the same. The IV treatment really helped me cope with this and very useful nutritional advice from the team in order to maintain strength through out my training.Dr. Nas has been specially helpful in all aspects which I really appreciate.

Highly recommend American Outpatient Clinics for lips and Botox! The dermatologist really took the time to evaluate and discuss options for each treatment and recommend what would work and look best for me while also considering my goals.
