Friendly and helpful staff in general, quick service, Dr Atiqa was very accommodating, very knowledgeable about her work and explained and executed her work perfectly.She was also kind enough to answer quires related to the dental work to be performed and unrelated questions that I had concerning my dental health, helping me understand everything quite well!

Went there since, I had a tooth ache.Dr Aditi, the dental doctor was so helpful, she explained the things that to be taken care off, and the cause of the pain as well.The medication was properly done, she tried her best not to give further pain, while treatment was carried out.She is super friendly with kids as well.Would definitely suggest this small clinic, in DSO.

Very deceptive staff. Called them and asked if they have an ophthalmologist. They confirmed. Went there. Asked again. They spend 15 minutes verifying my insurance and book me for a family doctor. Walked out.

HI... my wife visited this clinic to consult ENT specialist but unfortunately there is no any proper equipment and wrong guidance given by doctor. She has fungal infection in ear but medicine gave for bacterial infection. All due to non availability of proper equipment to see inside ear. Please do not misguide the patient if you dont have facility.

Worst clinic ever met.unnecessary charges and tests never repeat again and this would be my last visit…

I am not sure if i should write a review like this for a medical institution. I would say go to a more organized place, where things are taken care in a professional manner.This is a small clinic where staff strength is less ( same person taking appointment, registering the patient, doing preliminary checks, blood collection and some minor testing). We spent around 1.15 hours to finish the consultation, where it supposed to last less than half an hours. Note that there was just one patient ahead of us.Felt awkward when tests/medicines that are not covered in the insurance was being recommended. Also, tried to charge double amount for the minimum contribution to be paid by patient. when ask about the details amount came down to half.Doctor was nice person though. But as a patient was not comfortable with the whole setup.

It was an excellent customer service experience when we needed medical treatment on our trip to Dubai from United Kingdom.We were really satisfied from the quick and effective treatment. Whole medical team was very professional and kind.

My overall experience was pleasant, the doctor is patient, understanding and reassuring yet honest after my session I felt better physically and even mentally. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend you visit this clinic!

I have been visiting Dr. Hasnain for almost 2 years now. He’s a very patient doctor who listens attentively to his patient’s concerns and recommends only the medicines which are needed.The proximity and timings of the clinic are also very favourable.In an instance where i needed urgent medical advice, he was kind enough to attend to me on call and give the necessary advice.

I Visited Dr. Syed Hasnain for the cough problem. It was a chronic disease for me and hand been there for more than 4 months, I had already visited serveral doctor earlier but to no relief.But Dr. Syed treated me really well, his diagnosis and the medication was really very effective and I started feeling the relief from 4th day onwards. The doctor is good but the staff are not. I got a large bruise after the blood extraction and you have to follow up with them if the lab test has been approved by the insurance company or else you will not get any feedback.They will tell you all lab test has been approved but in the end, its not.

Absolutely horrible experience. This clinic is very very expensive for smallest diagnostics. If you do not have insurance then dont even think of visiting. Consultation itself is wopping 400 minimum, the doctor will make you do multiple tests without even letting you know the cost of it and at the end seeing your bill you will be surprised and panicked. Big blow on your wallet.
