Extremely disappointed with the after sales service.. Not replacing puller of my delsey bag pack which is under warranty. I have provided valid warranty card which is signed, stamped and dated by shoppers stop, india. Now they are making excuses that they want invoice also when I asked that it is not serviced properly.

I don’t recommend buying from jashanmal. Really bad service specially le germania oven. It cost a lot. And it was the worst oven I ever bought in 30 years. And jashanmal service made it even worse.
