I booked the 1 bhk apartment. The apartment is quite spacious and the housekeeping services were excellent. Also the male staff at the reception was very friendly. Location is nice. The only con i found was the receptionist lady(not sure of her name. I reckon she is a Localite of about mid 40s maybe). She never wears a smile nor does she know how to converse with customers. Speaks rude and does not even keep an eye contact while speaking. She deals as if we stay there free of cost or maybe at her expense!! Except this rude female staff everything else was great.

The apartment was very big and clean. The view of the airport is fabulous. I like the area it is full of life and restaurants. The free parking its very helpful. The staff are very nice. The housekeeping need more staff.

Apartment not clean, not enough towels, had to ask for extra pillows, only 2 cups for 4 people no small spoons, no glasses, no tea towels, no dish washing cloths. Curtains very dirty also the couches very stained, floors not cleaned properly, too expensive for what was offered. Very disappointing for Dubai. Beds were comfortable and warm. Shower was cold and ceiling very badly stained in the bathroom of the big bedroom, but shower good in the smaller bathroom . Had to ask twice for extra pillows and towels. I had travelled from Europe on New Years Eve and expected alot more for the cost. Glad I was only staying 2 nights.

Nojoum hotel is located in one of the most finest places of Dubai. It is near to all the hypermarts and pharmacies. If you want a metro station as near as possible, it is just 5-8 minutes away. On the downside the stay at the hotel was pathetic. The hotel staff did not provide with any room slippers nor did they gave any wall bricks to charge our phones. There are by the bed side which makes it inconvenient to charge the phones. Overall, location wise the hotel is a good choice to stay at as everything thing is accessible within the reach including the airport but the hotel really needs to improve the service it offers to its customers.

I really had a terrible experience, my booking took almost one hour (not showing in their system), after we went to the apartment it was full of cockroaches, 504, then I request to change it. Terrible sleep, if one of the neighbors cough you will definitely here it, no sound proof, old furniture, room service is very slow, if u need something u should order it before one hour at least.

The apartments are very spacious, clean and it gives you a feel home vibe. It is good for family, who would like to have a staycation and or visit from overseas with family. Close to supermarkets who delivers for free, bank, some Arabic and Asian restaurants, etc. We were accommodated and assisted by Hala, Youssef and Saber during reservation, check-in and check-out; great service! We will definitely stay again!

Efficient front desk staff. Large apartment suites. Good amenities in the room. Pretty good restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast spread is standard everyday. Not much variety. Overall a great option for short stays.

Brilliant hotel apartment. You get all the benefits of an apartment such as a fridge, cooker, microwave and washing machine. Plus all the benefits of a hotel such as housekeeping, room service etc. So best of both worlds. On top of all that, free WiFi, buffet continental breakfast and a gym, sauna, steam room and a swimming pool on the roof. Furthermore the staff and management were polite and helpful throughout our stay.

Charged me 200 dirham to store my luggage for 6 days. I had a follow up reservation already! That is not a way to treat a customer who is returning regularly for the last two years. Obviously the management changed to the worse and is only interested in money and not in people. Rooms are very dirty now, incl. the kitchen. Very bad experience now for a second time in a row. This is the last time I am staying here - only because I paid in advance.

Worst hotel apartment ever in dubai. Receptionist is rude. Pillows are stained. Rented a 3 bedroom room 3rd room doesnt have toiletries. I called the receptionist but they didnt provide us. Remote for the tv is not working. Definitely will not recommend this one!

All I can say is I enjoyed my stay during 4 weeks. Big apartment and a very hospitable manager, Bilal. Breakfast was ok, and everything was clean.

Amazing location, amazing hotel, amazing staff. The beds are damn nice, you never know when you slept and when you woke up. Kitchen is up-to-date. The hotel apartment should work little more on cleanliness. But otherwise overall it was really good stay. We stayed here for more than 7 to 8 times.Hala was really a good host. There is discount market named diamond city which is really good for shopping from AED 1 to AED 10.You know what , you get suit stitched set men for AED 10..wow really. Amazing place in Khabaisi. Dont look anywhere else just book and stay. I get a chance again Ill sure be back to Nojoum.

Stayed last week. Overall fine. My suggestion/ strong recommendations to never ever book or take any service for tour and sightseeing from the hotel. You never get the service the guy (Michael) expalin you. Pathetic serviceand you have to pay upfront so you are loser.

Just ok . Previous experience was outstanding but now Im disappointed. We booked 3 bed appt for 2 weeks and paid nearly 2 1/2 grand but in kitchen not enough utensils , toiletries, no tissues so many changes from last time. Wont be booking again.

The place is clean and the apartment was spacious. Its close to airport and downtown.

The receptionist is not friendly. We almost waited for 1 hour just to check-in.

Hotel is ok for the price but walls are thin so you can hear everything gong on next door and in the hall way. It was very, very cold in the room and it seems like the sitcom is controlled centrally so we had to just shut it off as changing the temperature did nothing.

Very comfortable hotel. Close to airport terminal 2. The room had a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a large beautiful balcony. There was a buffet. At the reception you can pre-order a taxi. And on the roof a beautiful pool

Very bad hotel services no reception no very very dirty reception, worse we forgot our bag in the hall of the hotel my wife lost 1000 DH we asked the chief of security to make us viewed the surveillance camera he made us to know that it was impossible weird thing it is he who found the bag and give it to the reception. On the other hand there was a Cameroonian lady named Beri Shey who on the other hand with her team did good cleaning when she passed with her team felt that a cleaning had been done. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone even my worst enemies

Shabby, half of the gym equipment broken. Just a few dishes. Poorly cleaned. The previous check-in was not agreed despite the arrangement. Not worth a four star.

Worse than badWe booked a long time before we survived, and when we arrived, we waited until 5 oclock and a half and asked for an extra bed, and there was no fee available, even though it was a fee, but it is bad service and electricity extinguishes every period and the bathrooms. The worst hotels are. Mr. Mohammed is unsuitable for client reception. Poor lighting, poor cleaning, dirty old towels. Satellite channels, microwave dishwasher, insufficient cooking utensils and a dirty oven. Kallun Khorban and chair and table has not been cleaned for years. Bad smells without hangers. Baby bed without slippers without blanket and blanket. Cool only. Furniture is very old and worn out for lack of maintenance completely.
