Very poor customer service. The order is delivered on the 4th day despite their promise of delivering it in 2 hours in Dubai and that too after loads of calls to them. Many a times they simply dont pick up the call. And if they pick up then they will lie to you that driver just left with delivery. Finally when received my order, pack was open and 1 pc was missing. The delivery guy was rude and didnt listen to anything. I ordered Protein pebbles peanut butter and variety box. Variety box was not a box just lose packed 12 pcs of snacks in a paper bag. The taste of protein pebbles is not even near to delicious... Overall very bad experience. Not recommended at all

Not recommended, poor customer service.I recieved 2 boxes of snacks wich was not good for human consumption (very hard which can break your teeth !)Contacted them and they didn’t even mention returning it or replacing it ,instead they offered a gift which didn’t even arrive!NOOOT RECOMMENDED

Recently I got introduced to munchbox and I absolutely loved the concept. To be honest I am not sure whether you would love it as a non - vegetarian but being a vegetarian I found this as boon .Vegan and vegetarian gluten free snacks !
