Nice supermarket, but a lot was overpriced. I liked that it was large, and sold many things. It had a pretty good atmosphere. Around Dubai Mall, I think that they need more seating. Also it was a bit cold inside of the supermarket. I have images of Dubai Mall below.

The products are great but the customer service was unfair. There was a white lady in front of us, checking out 3 items (it is not even an express lane), it was done and she is in the packing area already, maintaining a 2m distance with the empty conveyor, we started to unload our groceries into it, and the cashier named April asked the lady in front of us if our groceries is included with her, and the lady being a Karen replied, Nope, its because they cant wait, given that she bypassed us in the line. And the cashier instead of being the mediator, she added Yes Maám, I also thought like that, thats why I asked. Please train your staff to be polite and fair and dont be selective into your treatment based on peoples nationalities.

Im a regular customer of them since 2015 and their cooked food is amazing, the variety of healthy meals, salads and sweets is huge!And the prices are good as well.They also are introducing new dishes regularly to the ready to eat section.

They have most of what you need. its pricy compared to other supermarkets, however it is one of the higher end supermarkets so thats expected. It has the option of regular cashier checkout and self checkout on upon exiting which is very useful when youre in a hurry and the regular check out is full.

A treat to shop. The supermarket has turned into a collection of quality produce and with its knowledgable staff has distinguished itself from other stores. It is more expensive than its competitors but has developed a niche of its own by stocking international brands and variety thereof surpasses all other like businesses in the region

Great for organic Salads and Machine Roasted Chicken. Neatly organized shopping with selected items. The Dubai Mall outlet is much bigger and has better range of ready meals.

Most Waitrose brands. Lack of variety of products. However you will find plenty of choice of crisps, snacks and biscuits.

I frequently use this supermarket in the Dubai Mall. It is convenient (parking is free) and has a great selection of groceries, prices are a little high however. But everything considered I am happy to give it a 5-star recommendation.

The cooked food area seems very popular. We purchased BBQ Chicken Wings & Drumlets which was not too bad. Pies - Beef steak, butter chicken & Cheddar cheese with beef.. they were ok only, the crust was a lil too thick.They hv the biggest non-halal section.Sorry, no photos to provide 😁

This is another successful waitrose supermarket in dubai mall. The only reason why I am scoring 4 stars not 5 stars is because of prices which is far more expensive than other supermarkets in dubai.

I was totally shocked last night from the reply of this man. I asked for some more orders from the food displays. Give more trainings please. The two other servers were also busy with their displays than look at customers who want to buy. Needs another round of customer training to your staff.

Waitrose hyper super market inside Dubai Mall, excellent arrangement of goods, will find everything for daily need, of fresh fruits, vegetables and foods, also many others items of home need. Good quality and good prices range. The location is very good also good enough space.

Good store with different products but expensive compared to other grocery shops like Carrefour and Lulu. They do have ready made food. You can use self check out and avoid queueing. They do charge for plastic shopping bag, so it might be a good idea to bring your own shopping bag.

Great products but absolutely unreliable website. Out of 5 times I have ordered online, all 5 I received a call about unavailable items. Sometimes all of them are unavailable. My refund is pending for 10 days now and I was told to deal with my bank. Very bad service related to online store.

Its a hyper market with almost most of the needed stuff however they always tend to get the high end items so you will find what you want but not with all alternatives , they have a very nice single queue system with single line and multiple cashier so you din’t get stuck if your you are in a line with the previous customer has any issue and it also makes things easier and quicker, I had always found the store clean

I would like to know why you are selling contaminated food products at a bargain price at your store? My husband bought Quorn chicken and leek pies tonight for 5aed which you had on sale. They are in their sell by date. Once cooked, they were putrid and completely unedible. The smell was atrociously bad. This is awful and is surely dangerous.

Was excited to see a Waitrose when I moved to Dubai from London. As it’s considered more of a premium supermarket, expect the prices to be higher than what you normally pay for at Carrefour or even a Zoom. Nonetheless, you’re paying for some quality ingredients and can actually taste the difference within the fruits for instance. It’s really big for a Waitrose, especially when compared to those in London and consists of a wide variety of products to suit most of your needs. They also have a really nice selection of meats, pork included! Well worth the visit.

They become very greedy. On the top of their extreme and unfair prices...they start charging customers 0.25 dirhams per plastic bag. As you know 1000 bags bearly cost 5 dirhams. Very greedy

Its a must thing for everyone as Dubai Mall is lacking Carrefour, everything there is fresh i must say but surprisingly they are charging 25 Fils for the shopping bag; its really strange as none will be carrying their own bags for shopping things there....

Clean and spacious supermarket. It seems to cater tourists more than the residents. The prices seemed to the highest among the supermarkets I visited in Dubai. (Maybe that it is located in the Dubai Mall, hence the high pricea?)

Quite a big Waitrose outlet, I believe the biggest of all in Dubai. Choice is immense. Prices are definitely in the high end, but quality of the pre packed foods is high as well. I tried their hot kitchen and to be honest I was quite disappointed of the bad taste. Must improve especially because of its strategic location in Dubai Mall.

Exclusive supermarket in Dubai. High end food and brands.

This place is huge, you can get almost anything from here and that all at decent prices. Its not too expensive. They also have a section where you could buy cooked ready to go food like chicken, pastries, rice, etc. The dessert section was my favourite at good quality food. The tills are always busy but the guys do work through as fast as they can.
