At first I was skeptical ordering healthy food as most are pretty bland. To my amazement it was delicious and very fulfilling for the low calories. Great taste, and variety. Highly recommend if you are looking for something healthy and delicious.

Good choices for tasty healthy food

We visited on 19/12/2020, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the food they prepare. They accepted the entertainer voucher. We got 4 meals for the price of 84 AED. The portion of the meal is not large but not small, i feel it’s the right amount. The vegan shepherd pie is really healthy and good, it comes with the choice of salad, cauliflower rice or brown rice on the side. It was a bit difficult to find the place as it is at the back of the building. We opted to sit at the outdoor seating area. My friend commented: “it looks a bit sad to sit here”. Somehow the other side of the building is more lively and happening than the side of Kcal restaurant. I think this place is not very popular among the vegan/plant-based/vegetarian community in UAE! It needs to get more hype as it is worth it. Will visit them soon! Unfortunately we forgot to take photos of our orders and the place.

Though the menu and food offered in their restaurants are good, but the food provided in their “KCal Extra” plan is not good. I am comparing both to each other. So their food is not as good as “their” food provided in the restaurant. Very strange and unacceptable. We compalined and compalined, but it seems there is nothing they can do about it. Better not to get me started on the desserts offered in the KCal Extra plans; simply not edible. Not sure where is the problem exactly.

The worst delivery service that I experienced in Dubai. 1 hour late from the estimated time, completely ignored a special request. Once I called the restaurant the Filipino lady who answered the phone didnt even try to recover complaint. They send me another delivery that was supposed to be my correct order and that one had 2 ingredients missing. Basically I paid 50+dhs for a box of lettuce. Never again and definitely wouldnt recommend to anyoneTo be fair with the management of the company, they did handle my complaint very well. But in terms of branch itself its just a disappointment.

I came to give the place a second chance, the last time I went was a few years back. I thought if its still open they must have improved. Boy was I wrong. Its still the same bland tasteless food theyre trying to pass off as healthy. Its just an absolute rip off. Honestly could get the same food at IKEA and would probably taste better and cost a fraction.

The most unprofessional and unorganized restaurant, its normal to remove the review from your Social Media pages and the so the people would not check the bad reviews and the low rating for your service. its so bad to be operating if the order will take 1.5 hours and the food will be delivered cold. When you call the manager will tell that she did her part and send the order long time with the driver and shes blaming the driver!!!! who will blame the driver? who will blame the manager????? and who will satisfy the customer, seriously its a shame

Chicken in chicken burger is !milled! with some disgusting spices. Never seet this before..it should be one piece of juicy chicken...not this! ... taste is not good...soups-->the same story... not good at all. I ordered carrot soup. Never again. Disappointment

Dont visit this corner before you try the one in Abu Dhabi .. it is almost like two different places .. you will love it there and you will never come back to this spot .. poor staff and smelly setting area and nothing sounds or feels healthily unlike the one in Abu Dhabi ..
