I have purchased some of my skin care items from thebeautycorp twice. Im impressed that your order will arrive 2-3 days after purchasing. They always have offers going on & they provide freebies with your order, however, I bought this The Ordinary Niacinamide serum from them and found out it was fake because of the texture of the serum. I compared it to another serum from the same brand and there was a huge difference. I tried reaching out customer service, until now I havent received any reply yet. I checked the rest of the skin care items I ordered from them to check if theyre authentic, only this niacinamide was fake. I hope this wont happen again, so disappointed. :(Update (22/4/21): Customer service reached out to me and they explained what happened. They sent me the authentic version & refunded me for the product within 48 hours. Im glad they immediately took action and thank you for being transparent with the customer.

I will never be ordering from here again. The customer service is nonexistent. Only the first product was genuine. I have purchased 800 dhs worth of products from here. Each time they send the wrong product. Two days back I ordered again for the cerave foaming face wash and the wrong product came, different from the one mentioned on their website.
