Ace is Ace but surprisingly on this visit they didnt have what I needed and when they did it was 10x times the price it is from a hardware shop in quoz... 6 vs 60 aed for a pipe fitting? No thanks...

Excellent helpful staff with an excellent range of products.

Went to buy a few garden essentials, filters and door locks.Its Ace so its nice. But not very big. They dont have a lot of variety as a stand alone Ace. Essentials will be found.

Love ACE because of its product. But the service not so good. For instance I went specially to buy outdoor ashtray because I know u have it and its by the cash counter. But this time the ashtrays were not there and I asked the cashier, he said that they are not available. I asked him to go check with his colleagues but he refused telling me that they are not available. S after I paid the other my stuff I went to look around and asked another stuff and she showed me the way where they are. I got and went back to pay. When I told the same guy on the cash counter that they are available in the store he told me that hes not aware of them and he was rude.

I reached to the shop 9.55pm and they was closed.. it supposed they close at 10.pm.. very bad..

Had a preliminary visit. We planning to shift residence in that area sometime next month.Hence did a recce there. Will be able to give an objective Review when I visit again to buy certain household items.

The guy who I asked for help yesterday was actually pretty rude to me. Other staff there seem friendly though. Good range of items, but unfortunately what I need always seems to be out of stock (even though I was assured it would be restocked within a couple of days).

Convenient location if youre living in the area. Unlike ACE in other countries, its not really an economy store. The strength here is more that they will have hardware store items and even a few options for things like epoxy, pruning shears, coat hooks, and a thousand other do it yourself supplies. The prices tend to follow the fact that culturally this is not a do-it-yourself part of the world, and since those of us who prefer to do jobs personally are the minority, we pay a bit more for it. Either way, handy store. Oh, and in case you wondered, you can get house keys copied here.

Ad an American living in motor city I love having Ace within walking distance for all my little weekend projects. They have paint, summer essentials and garden essentials. Tools and picnic supplies.

Ive been to here today to buy some stuff i usually buy from festival city ACE but i did not find it. I bought also corner child protector but quality of sticker was bad so i had to return itOverall, nice place, slightly crowded, you can find almost anything you need for your home, garden, and car.

An interesting collection of hardware and other items usually not found in other shops.

As usual, staff are clueless. Dont even know why I bother asking questions anymore. More chance of my 2 yr old solving a quadratic equation!

Was here on the 16th January mid-day, hard to believe a shop this big would only have change in 5 dirhams, i only had 200 dirham bill, the cashier told me sorry we only have 10s but proceeded to give me 90 dirhams in 5 dirham notes!

Yesterday at ACE motor city I went to buy a door lock and a pad lock- No staff available to assist as I was looking for pad locks, very disappointed in this regards ! The cleaning who wipes the floor has no understanding about English how sad! He cannot understand I require someone to assist me just turning his back on me and walked away very bad customer service. Who as a business today appoint cleaners in a retail store who cannot understand basic English? This manager has to step up his game as its unprofessional. If you have a shortage of staff at least make sure the once you have on the floor can understand English!

Its a very small place and they dont have all the items that u ll normally find at ace store. Secondly, they are seriously short of staff and to get help was a nightmare. I would have rated it even lower but then i got a person who really helped well in finding few things (still not complete sets).

Raza and Thureya were very helpful. Store has limited stock but they usually go out of their way to get it from other stores. Raza even told me he can go himself to Festival city to bring my order to motor city.

This outlet of ACE hardware is not as big as the shk zayed or festival center Mall however you will get your emergency requirements here. They do not have wood or wood cutting facilities but its a small neat spot for your usual hardware needs
