I finally tried Ugly Burger and damn I was in love. I personally prefer anything with Asian flavours and this was a win win. Their sauces and seasonings are right up my alley. Their Beef Burgers were the best and I preferred them over their chicken ones. My favorite dishes were - Bulgogi Burger, Nashville Fried Chicken burger & Bugly French Fries. The kids loved the Nuggets & Milkshakes too.

Ugly burger truly it stands up to its name none of the burgers I liked I couldn’t finish any of them. The drink was fine as well as the service. But other than that everything was bad. I didn’t like any of the burgers even though all of them were creative and different from other shops but I think if they just focused on one type would have been better. Hope in future it would be better as it has a great idea. The fries wasn’t good too but I think it’s decent

Ugly Burger is a must-try in Dubai. The team behind it have created an awesome vibe with some great food to match. You have to go and eat in to get the whole experience. Go with a big appetite and you definitely wont regret it.Must have dishes are- Shrimp balls- Pow Pow fries- Bulgy fries- Original KFC burger- Truffle burger- Truffle burger rolls- Milkshake of any flavour!

Very very normal place I ordered 3 different burgers and 2 starters and all of them are vey normal I don’t recommend it the chicken was Solid and when you eat it you will feel thats uncooked, im giving it 2 star only because the burger roll was delicious and the service was good , but overall I don’t recommend this restaurant 🙏🏻

Visited on 17th June. Wife had s KFC burger and I had the Nashville. The Nashville chicken burger is the best burger that Ive eaten. Mince chicken fries were excellent too and so was yuzu sparkling water. Excellent, friendly service by Janelle. Deliciously messy but a very memorable experience.

Not busy as it used to be, all the food in the menu are normal and not worth the try except for Nashville

Place is very crowded on weekends but the burgers were average. Not worth waiting so long.We also tried their shrimp balls, taste was good.

Excellent burgers packed with flavour! Try out their pow pow fries and burger rolls as well for an example of fusion done right.Ive tried many Nashville style burgers around town but this is by far the best, and most consistent. Far too many other places commit the cardinal sin of having dry chicken in their burgers. I havent even mentioned the incredibly good price points for all their products.This is a serious burger place with a clear identity. Even with many other burger joints popping up in the market, Ugly burger is definitely a winner that Im confident will stand the test of time and be around for the long haul.

Was waitlisted for more than an hour, and once they had us seated they asked us to leave the restaurant saying that there was an issue with the list. And was kicked out.

Beyond my expectation!!Berger but Korean touch of fried chicken & berger but Japanese touch of wagyu..Also Thai style POWPOW potato fry was so delicious!!

Meat is dull no taste at all, plus its over priced double patties for 50?

The experience of the place was not in the plan, but the change was made at the last moment, a small place with no wide tables, serving meat or chicken burgers with beautiful appetizers, we were 3 people, we ordered 3 burgers and 2 appetizers and tried everything together, frankly for me the place is a repeat, oh the visit because it is beautiful Too eat it.We ordered Big Buba, their famous beef burger, which has two pieces of meat with onion rings.Truffle truffle beef burger with truffle frankly, very nice because Im a fan of truffles.Chicken burger, I honestly forgot its name, but they said the best seller.Onion rings + truffle sticks.Everything was perfect except for the young onion rings, they said it was a little dry, but for me it suited me with the sauce.

The food is frankly delicious, and the reception and treatment of the staff are beautiful and elegant, creamy and grilled, but the taste is worth it.

Service is better than food and food is better than Mac
