A new burger spot which was an amazing find. We tried a few of their burgers and all were great! The owner is super nice and made sure we were enjoying the food. Id recommend to go a bit early to get a spot on the weekend as it can get busy pretty quick! The burgers were reasonable and not overly priced. The pickled cucumbers were the best! Would love to come back soon and try their other burgers. Overall a good experience.

I loved this place and everything about it was great. The owner is very lovely and caring. He came up to our table, suggested his favorite burgers and explained the menu. We tried different burgers and they were all good cause they’re really saucy and delicious. They even have fish burgers! Also, they have a mojito menu that changes every month. The place was a bit crowded. They have a seating area outside and I think it’s gonna be lovely to sit there once the weather gets better. You should try this place if you’re craving proper burgers!

Seriously. Dubai just has everything right. This is no exemption! Top of the line chicken sandwiches, just like in Nashville (USA) if not better.Indoor / outdoor seating. My meal was probably 60 AED / $17 USD.I think the chicken sandwich is what they are known for, so get that!

It is my third feast at Slaw .. the sando burgers , the loaded fries and tenders are all so goodI also tried the lavender lemonade and it was really good as wellwould always recommend this place

The decor & the staff are really good; location has plenty of parking. The fries as it’s own is good but the sea of sauce is unnecessary along with the tasteless chicken and let’s call it rubber, I have no idea how anyone manage to make chicken taste nothing. I ordered the classic chicken & the moment I hold it was too hot the whole chicken started to fall apart, was very VERY gruesome! The batter tasted nothing just a little tang of spice and that’s “mild” I mean there was no any salt nor pepper as basic seasoning! The chicken literally tasted like rubber I left my tray as it is and left as I didn’t felt good at all after eating the creature served as “chicken”.

The Burgers were hands down one of the best beef burgers I have had in Dubai, the amalgamation of the sauces they had on it plus how well assembled this burger was, it was worth every bit, albeit a touch on the costlier side. The food only looks delicious but it’s okay not that good staff is very friendly.

The place was clean and very nice. The cashier was the only one with any type of emotions. The food was below average and over priced. I asked for a double patty only but they added bacon and cheese without telling me for which I had to pay 10 dhs more. I went there to support a local business but never again.

Food was great. Surprisingly, we had the Sando burger and we still felt light and not overly full as anticipated. The tenders were crispy and juicy.However, the service could be better. When you walk in you can see all the staff (more than 10 employees) yet no one checked on our table to see if it was cleaned. I ordered a bottled water that I haven’t opened and when I went to return it for a diet coke they told me we can’t because its already registered in the system. Are you serious? Because of a computer that supposes to work for you and assist you and make your life easier, you can’t replace my drink? I go to the grocery store and I replace my drink and pay the difference in less than 30 seconds. Yet I can’t do that in a restaurant with superior technology that chargers 10 AED for water.Lastly, the cashier, please have some common courtesy and don’t slouch on the cashier counter while a customer is talking to you. I understand its a long day, but you want customers to come back to the restaurant not only for the food but the service as well.Food: 4/5Service: 2/5

Food is 5/10 over hyped and over rated.Service is 0/10 the worst service i have ever witnessed -we have asked for additional one piece of bread with the strips (which we are offering to pay for) they have refused and mentioned they have to ask the OWNER. Whats even worse and disgusting is that the owner refused.Its sad to see restaurants like this still running in this era.Will never come back and never recommend it to anyone.

Decent place, the option for sauces are good and the Nashville is suggested for the Chicken sandos , quiet authentic. Avoid the place on weekends, as due to the limited seats and current rush, they tend to hurry up customers to vacate the tables. A Meal for 2 can cost easily around 150 and the least you can expect is not to be pushed away from your table 10 mins into the meal.

Not that much bad experience but will not get back again ...I think they are not yet ready for full house..the owner refused to attend our call we where outside waiting in the car and we heard how he wasn’t ready to pick the call from the staff with low level of customer serviceMoreover 4 staff made an issue for a request of a sauce which had been provided with the first order free of charge ... for the 2nd order they asked us to pay !!!Excuse me.. no one asked u for any reservation but since we reached and saw approximately few tables only indoors that is why we should call before enter and not to remain stand up and no one to take care of u. Since the in charge was busy with his chatting. ur staff said we have to wait as no free place to accommodate us.Yea For the 2nd PAID bill which I made from my table , ur staff was welling to take the order from our table and we didn’t force anyone to do.Anyhow it’s a trail which is not deserve to be repeated.((Free Note might help u in future ))Try to avoid using full black color paper for serving t/food which is totally not healthy ( watermark paper might do the same marketing of the brand)Try to add more Mojito collection and juices as the bar’s staff are free since opening the soft drinks and 3 juices types are not enough task for 2 staff to avoid extra expense.

The worst experience ever!! And I am definitely not going back.The manger and the staff are really rude. I was seating on a basket looking chair🙂 and asked to be seated somewhere else but the manger’s excuse was that we are three and can’t change our place even though the restaurant was not crowded there were couple of empty tables that we can set on. What an excuse 😊.The guy that makes the drinks refused to make a THIRD DRINK even though we payed for THREE DRINKS and it was written in the bill. He was SOOO RUDE and ready to throw a punch at us.In addition to the guy with an iPad who took my name and number and was supposed to call me back when my table is ready, but he never did. When I told him that, he got mad and started to argue and he wouldn’t have stopped if I didn’t ignore him.The food was good nothing special.I’d advice you to work on your customer service rather than just focusing on the food and stop treating the customer as if he was your enemy.However, I am pretty sure I am not the first customer who gets treated this way. Your business won’t succeed if you keep attacking your customers. Thank you for ruining my day.

I have a mixed feelings about this place. First can we all agree that its really expensive for a burger? Likes the prices can reach more than 50-60 dhs without any discounts for people of determination or Essadazaa. Secondly, we wanted 1 3pcs chicken strips, but somehow they counted as 3 items and sneaked in the bill unfortunately without my notice, until getting the items later. Overall, the chicken sandwich was amazing and quality for sure! The chicken strips too, although once getting a bit cold you can smell the oil from it.. I hope they open in muwaileh, because the place for sure is pretty far, and outside you can smell the sewers and thats really turn off.

Best burger i ever had! The taste of the cheese burger was exquisite.

The manager was rude to me and my friends for no reason. We came to the restaurant to enjoy the food but it got spoiled because of the way the manager treated us. He has a bad attitude and was raising his voice for no valid reason. We were waiting in line and the manager told us 3 people can order at once but while waiting he let 2 people before us in-front of us for no reason and acted like we were not their. Overall the food was at best decent and the experience was awful from how the manager treated us.

Service was great, and the food we had was served hot, but the food was normal, nothing special, and the coleslaw we had with the chicken strips tasted as if it was expired. The pomegranate mojitos we had was sugary and wasn’t blended well.
