This is one fast food place where I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Although very busy, the service was super quick. The food took a while as it was being freshly prepared.The curry rice bowl is a must try. The fried chicken tastes so good. The fries and mashed potatoes were fresh and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone on the table. The portions are just perfect for the price.Do try the Coco Pineapple Sundae. Very refreshing!

The Best Fried Chicken Burger I have ever tasted. Super crispy, juicy and spicy burger. The quality is top class. Evening time you will find rush and long queue for order and seating. Totally worth the price.

I ordered a burger steak and a chicken but it seems the burger steak its too small and so thin. The taste was good but make it a little bit bigger and make it thicker to satisfy our cravings.And also the one who cleans my table go to the counter and give a tissue to a costumer never take off his gloves that he uses for cleaning.Cleanliness should also be prioritize.

Dissapointed. Dine in to Take away ( as there is no vacant to seat indoor. 10410 Dannie R. Took my order & requested for Tigh Part Chicken. & waited for more than 10 minutes. Janak assisted me & i ask him if i can change to Tigh part. He changed and comeback to me. Tryna to show me the chicken very quick. Therefore i try to check again. And yes Its tigh. However when i taste it. Its SPICY 🥺 As i requested my chicken to be normal. Then 1 more thing i did not even get the Gravy, unless i gotta ask for it. As we know chicken serve among w/ gravy. Thats hit hope thing well after this.

Ive never had from this newly opened joint so I tagged along with My Friend.We both ordered the Joy Chicken and Spaghetti. I ordered the spicy Joy while his was normal. For spice lover like us two, both tasted same, yet delicious. The Spaghetti is a Jollibee special with beef and sweet tomato sauce.Good experience here. Good shop near the station as well.4/5.

Of course its a franchised Filipino iconic fast food offer and fair value and tasty, though dont expect a burger steak to be anything like a steak! Also some items can be a bit sweet for non Filipino taste.

I ordered just today for a 2 pcs of chicken with fries, spaghetti, yum burger and cheese burger. I wrote an instruction not to give me leg part of chicken coz I dont eat leg part. But that simple instruction, didnt follow. They dont even put an effort to read or they might really dont know how to understand! I tried to contact mobile number of burjuman branch where my order came from, but noone even responsible to take and attend the calls!

Rider went out by 12noon. Supposedly must be delivered 12:34 but took almost 30mins late and when it came saw the drinks was again spilled (it was actually always the same scenario with drinks/ im always ordering and same ) drivers reason: bec of speed break. Transaction no 000401172

Jollibee is well known and the Philippines and opened a few branches in UAE. They have a very tasty fried chicken and spaghetti. You should try the beef with mushroom sauce partnered with rice. This branch is very busy but the service is very fast. I love how the staff are very skilled and well trained.

Good food at a reasonable price. It was a bit crowded when I visited the establishment but overall a good place to grab some grubs.

Horrible customer service! I had to wait for almost 30 minutes just to get a single and plain order. There were few customers and they had a number of their staff on duty but my order number was skipped! They were not organized, missing out those who placed their order first. It was so frustrating I had to eat hastily to catch an appointment because someone from their staff wasn’t paying attention!

Tasty as always. A great place to reminisce Philippines and its cuisine. But the girl at POS was openly cussing in tagalog at a foreigner customer, and she was visibly irritated even when it was my turn to order at the counter... Not sure if the name was Grace or something. But anyway, its not at all a pleasant thing to do towards a paying customer. My friend didnt like the attitude of that girl at the counter so much so that he refused to even order. Hope something would be done to fix this.

Jollibee Burjuman is the food chains third branch to open in Dubai (after The Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates). Despite having less mob during and after the opening, its still a very popular place, especially in the evenings and weekends.I ordered the Big Burger Steak with rice (US$3.25 plus VAT) last week. The patty is about twice the size of the normal burger steak so its worth for those who eat more viand with rice. The brown sauce had 3 or 4 slivers of mushroom to add to the illusion of mushroom gravy; it tasted more salt than umami for me.The area where we sat was adjacent to the sidewalk terrace so whenever the door was left open (either by customer or crew), cigarette smoke and street noises would come in. The piped-in music was too loud so diners had to talk louder.

I ate twice this week in Jollibee Burjuman branch. First visit was startling to be disappointing. I order one breakfast meal, I waited for 5 to 10 mins, and when I got my order, went back to my table as a surprise a wrong order was given to me. So i came back to the counter and informed the staff there. So I waited again. They gave me my correct order and never did I hear any apology for the inconvenience or whatsoever. But its okay, i let it passed. Again a day after i visited again --- Same scenario happened, a wrong order was given to me, no apologies for the inconvenience And it had lost my appetite now coz what i ordered was very small enough that it could only be eaten in 5 bites. The bacon strips was so hard and very small same as the pancake. Its a very unreasonable serving for its price. Customer service should be their priority. Thinking that they have a lot of customers, mostly Filipinos who wants to experience being at home and Jollibee could have done it more. Very disappointing. As much as i crave for Jollibee, I might decide not to come back anymore on this branch if they would not change their way of service

Jolibee is one of the famous fast food chain the Philippines and thankfully Filipinos were no longer missed it as it has branch now in UAE. One of the branches is located in Burjman Mall. Its located in ground floor beside the parking areas. The prices are affordable and the food is good.
