Awesome salon and great ambience. Did Brazilian Keratin treatment.. its superb ..my unruly hair became smooth n straight... the new management is keeping standard... Overall became one of the best salons in Dubai so far...

I am a regular customer of this salon. My experience out here has always been very nice. Its very hygienic. The products they use are of good quality. And the service is extremely good. The owner and the staff are very friendly and nice. So in general, I recommend this salon.

Is the salon closed? I tried to reach their number which is in Google and it coming as not working number.

The salon is way out of my comfort zone but, was made to feel really welcome. Great communication from start to finish and a lovely atmosphere. Great service offered is so happy n satisfied service best price too.

The salon is hygienic and well maintained. The staff here are lovely ,especially Rahmath for the facial. The owner , now is a good friend of mine, gave me good suggestions for facial and hair treatment. I feel it as a nice place to pamper myself.

Customer service is almost Zero, They need to take time and explain everything to customer, so that customer take informed decision. I took my wife to this place for hair straightening, initially they offer a price which later they offered 40% discount, this made me think that they wanted to take an opportunity cost from me thinking of me as a tourist who is not aware of rates in Dubai. Second I asked them if after the procedure is there anything which makes us to come again to the saloon, they said no. But when the procedure was done the lady in incharge told me that from now onwards my wife should use a special shampoo and conditioner which is available only with the salon and we have to purchase it from them for 100 USD everytime.

Had the worst experience today. Extremely rude staff and dirty environment. Got my face waxed and my face is still red after so many hours because of the way it was waxed. Also when they took me in at 10:15 pm and they close at 11 they shouldnt have been in such a rush, If they were they shoildnt have agreed to do my work. Really disappointed.

Ladies salon. Easy access. Near deira city center. Parking will be issue. But you can park the car in deira city center P3

Will never recommend this salon, They use razor blades for eyebrow threading. Absolutely unhygienic !!

Had been there on a package and did not have a good experience. They did an upper lip hair removal where now I have scars at the place the hair was removed .The manicure and pedicure in this was very disappointing .wouldnt recommend this place to anyone .I hope the management fixes this issue soon as theyre running the name of shahnaz Hussain .

One of the worst salons in Dubai!!! The staff here is highly unprofessional, ill-mannered & extremely rude. This place is managed by a bunch of goons, who doesnt know the meaning of customer service. After my first & last visit with a terrible terrible experience, I will never recommend this place to any of my friends & family to visit this place.

Was expecting to get good service since we are in Dubai. However the service was very poor and the staff too. Very disappointing to receive this treatment. Seemed like that they were picking the treatment I wanted instead of me a customer to choose what I want! This a joke!.

Went here looking to get my hair trimmed - The stylist did a great job and I was super happy with it. But when I went to pay, I was completely ripped off by them. When I called to check I was told that a hair trim was 85AED and a haircut was 175AED. But by the time I reached the counter to pay, they tell me that they charge 85AED for a STRAIGHT TRIM and 175AED for a TRIM WITH LAYERS. How can you lie to customers so blatantly!!! That completely ruined my mood and Ive already told my friends who have sworn off visiting. I recommend you double check before you use any of their services on the REAL price so that you dont get ripped off too.
