I had a balayage done, my colour came out beautifully. I would highly recommend Sasha if you would like someone who can understand your colour needs!! Miriam and I discussed my colour needs and goals to get my hair in tip top shape! Absolutely loved the result and have been following the recommended at home hair care. The products weren’t pushed on me, I asked for them since I was in need to replace my shampoo and conditioner. I can also highly recommend Olaplex, which I’ve started using only 6 weeks ago. I’ve seen the difference! Miriam listened to my needs and is also a perfectionist when it comes to getting your colour right!! She will make sure you’re happy with your hair and also treat your hair with respect to make sure it’s healthy and you can maintain it long after you’ve left the salon, until you’re next appointment that is

The worst lashes Ive ever had. Therapist Adele was rude and did not do what I wanted. My eyes were swollen and all my eyelashes fell off already on the third day. Waste of money. Wont recommend this salon to anyone

My first visit to Locks by Lou Lou yesterday, last minute for a nail appointment... full set french ombre acrylics and had the best experience and I am more than amazed with the results. Alex absolutely smashed my nails and what a lovely lady! From start to finish the service from the minute I entered was so welcoming, friendly and professional. The team made me feel amazing and the salon is beautiful. I met multiple staff members in which all were lovely. Cant wait to go back. Thank you Alex and team :)

Love this salon - Alex did my manicure yesterday - she is the absolute best for nail art and does the most precise gel manicures - her french is amazing, and Ive had gems and foils with her - all have been just perfect.Princess also gave me a great pedicure yesterday.The salon is super clean and comfortable, coffee is great, couldnt ask for more!

Locks is by far my favorite hair salon in Dubai. I get my hair colored and fitted with hair extensions by the ever so lovely Lou, who is excellent and knows exactly what she is doing. My hair always comes out looking so lovely and I always get so many comments on my hair afterwards. I cant recommend her and her staff enough.Whilst you are there, get a manicure by Alex, who is amazing. Deepa is their beautician and always does a great job with the beauty treatments. And last but not least, the super friendly receptionists who greet you with massive smiles, Maine and Rosalyn.Well done guys! Keep up the stellar work!

They truly make sure customers and happy, guide you through and give the best recommendations. Truly care for the customer service and experience, which you rarely see these days unfortunately. For sire follow their account on social media, as they have monthly offers! Will for sure come back. Oh and they have a loyalty program as well.

I am very particular about my hair I met with Victoria and explained that I wanted Highlights and low lights , and a base on the roots . it was my first time going there . Victoria is very skilled at color , and did an excellent job , usually it takes a few times going to a salon to get what you really want . Not in this case, she nailed the color , and got rid of the brassy tones .The salon was clean and decked out , everyone was nice and accommodating . I would highly recommend !! Thanks Victoria .
