I left from the salon crying for the first time in my life. This is the worst job i have ever seen. I came to work today and people were shocked, asking me what i did to my hair. I went into the salon to try them as they pretend to be a colour master, I am getting married in 3 months and therefore i was very very clear about what i wanted in the consultation. I had vey beautiful, natural, golden highlights in my hair. Very soft, like sun kissed, just a tiny bit of 1-2 shades lighter highlights than my hair colour. I specifically told them i did not want it too blond, and repeated that many times. First my hair is very fine and so it breaks with bleach, second i hate un-natural highlights and wanted the exact same colour i had already, which is very subtle. I showed them on my own hair the blond i wanted. You cans see in the picture what it looks like! it is bleached to the point of no return, it actually looks even more white in real life than the pictures and i cannot tie my hair up as there is large streaks on the side too. it looks streaky bleached, and the rest of my hair is quite dark making a cheap and almost ridiculous contrast, my hair is all broken and now there is not much i can do as i dont want to put more chemicals to cover it up or it will fall off. My boss even told me to not tie my hair up in meetings as it is so obvious and ridiculous looking. When i saw this i started crying (again i am getting married) and he told me it was not that bad, and that he could use toner (i had used toner once before which made my hair orange) and that it is normal. How can such a bad job be normal! my hair is white when i specifically asked multiple time to not be too blond! he left it way too long and was unapologetic about it. on top of that there is a very clear, horizontal line black line across the white highlights because he did the roots with the highlight foil! How can he be so unaware about the basics of his job! Never ever go there. It is better an average job than such a terrible one which is going to take years to correct. I received no apology, not even a phone call.

I have been trying for 4 years to find a colorist who can get the right color ash blonde highlights. In a land of gorgeous thick dark hair it is very hard to find someone who understands how to bleach and tone “western” hair. Khaled is a UAE treasure. We are so lucky to have him here!

Once you do your highlightes with Tatiana, you would never go anywhere else. She dose great colors and cuts. I always get my highlightes with her .. my hair is strong, healthy, with gorgeous grey ash highlights.

They charge about 1500 to change your hair colour, medium length, the colour is not evenly done. The colour fades of in 3 washes when u call them to find out the hair colour number, they used on, they say they don’t know!! Bad service! Highly disappointed.
